Reviews ain’t lyin. Brisket is tasty and tender (breaks apart w a plastic fork), Gouda Mac, Corn, yellow sauce - definitely worth a stop - AND adding to a list of best BBQ in Texas… Shaded outside picnic tables only, if that matters to you - but great ambiance w the country music in the background. Off our normal routes, but I’ll be looking forward to another visit to Gardners hopefully soon…

One of, if not the best sliced brisket sandwich I've ever had! Excellent flavor and moist throughout! My wife got the brisket elote bowl and was floored by it. Gouda mac was right up there with the best mac and cheese we've had as well. Pair all that with super friendly owners and a nice spot to sit in the shade with some complementary tunes, and this is one of our favorite bbq joints we've visited (we've been to a LOT of them!) Already looking forward to our next visit!!

Hidden gem!!! We had the brisket elote bowl, ribs, and turkey. It was all top notch. I’ve had Snows, Truth, and Franklin’s and this is just as good. We’ll be coming back soon.

The best food I’ve had in Texas by far. We had the brisket tacos, pork bites, mac and coleslaw, all of which were absolutely amazing. You can taste the quality and care in every bite. I’d eat here everyday if I could!

Awesome BBQ!!! The brisket was well smoked and juicy! The pork belly bites were just full of flavor that burst in my mouth. Dipped in their BBQ sauce and took this food experience to another level for me. Loved their sausage. How about that mashed potato salad heavenly flavors and cream corn with it's tangy surprise!! Thanks for the delicious BBQ experience! Looking forward to visiting the country again and trying something else on your menu!
