I've eaten at this place a couple of times and the food is good. But last time I felt uncomfortable, I was the only Mexican. My food was lukewarm, the guacamole had a hair half a meter long in it, I ordered a soda and they didn't bring it to me. Even so, the food tasted good, that's why I give it 3 stars.
Granny's Restaurant was a great find just about a block off of Hwy 77 in Lexington, Texas! We ordered chicken tenders & onion rings and chicken fried steak strips & fries. Our two meals came with sweet tea and cake for dessert for a very reasonable price. The restaurant was clean, staff was very friendly and efficient, and the food - really good. Like made-from-scratch good!
Flavor: BService: BTea: ASolo dining: AThis local eatery is full of charm and the food is good. It’s not anything special but I enjoyed my plate. I think mine was called Ricky’s - it was the chicken fried chicken with queso. I liked the unique offering. The fried okra was good and the corn was pretty standard. The servers were great but a little swamped on Friday night.
