There's something truly magical about a visit to Snow's. It's not just about the food, it's about the entire experience of the day. From chatting to people in the line, to the raffle hosted by Kerry...everything just adds to the whole experience.

We arrived around 7:00 a.m. and there were hundreds of people in line. But our friend was number one and we walked right in when it opened and had the best barbecue I've ever tasted. There were ribs and chicken and pork loin and brisket of course and sausages and sides and and a free open bar. That's right. Said free. I do highly recommend this place. You cannot go wrong.
Parking: The atmosphere is just fun, fun, fun. Everybody's smiling everybody's happy the music is good. The drinks are great. The food is superb.

After being named by @texasmonthly as the best barbecue restaurant in Texas, @snowsbbq and its pitmaster Tootsie Tomanetz became very well known.
The Netflix series about Tootsie catapulted to global fame.
The wait is long but it's worth meeting a legend like Tootsie, it's truly an experience!
You have to come around 5 a.m. to get through in the morning!
Parking: You have to come very early to park nearby.

Really great food. It’s classic Texas bbq - salt & pepper. Bbq sauce is also delicious. Everything is just basic good bbq no fills. We got there at 4am which I think is the sweet spot- we were #22&23. The 2 people before us got there at 2am and then at 430/5am people started filing in. They started letting ppl in to eat at 745am and we had our food at the table by 815am. Definitely worth the bucket list experience

A barbecue experience for the ages. A pilgrimage for the enthusiasts. Arrived at 5.30am and there were already 60+ people in front of us, with some even preparing sleeping bags to spend the nights. By 7am, there were literally more than 100 people in the queue and all of us stood up to display our patriotism and sing the American anthem. The line started moving shortly before 8am and after what seemed like an eternity, it was our turn to order. No visit is complete without trying the legendary brisket, and boy was it amazing. So tender, so delicious, so flavourful, not overly salty, and smoked to absolute perfection. By far the best brisket in all of Texas, and probably in the whole world. Sausages, chicken and pork ribs were good too, just not outstanding like the brisket. To top it off, our visit was blessed by the appearance of none other than the woman, the myth, the legend Tootsie.

A HUGE thank you for your help! Kerry worked with me to change delivery day and locations 2 separate times. Trying to get TX BBQ to soldier out of state and orders continue to change. Many thanks again for your prompt and efficient assistance. Goes without saying… best BBQ out there.
Snow’s just catered our family reunion- they make it so easy! Helpful, easy to work with, and we all know the BBQ is AMAZING! Thank you Snow’s!!?

Snow's was worth the 3 hour wait! They have a friendly staff and make the time go by fast by doing raffles. We got Brisket, Ribs, Pork Steak, Jalapeño Sausage, and Regular Sausage, and it was all delicious ?

An incredible experience. The food was phenomenal and reasonably priced. We arrived at 11am and the line was only 10 minutes long. The pork ribs and smoked jalapeño sausage were 10/10. There is also an open bar!! ?

We traveled from Baltimore to get this BBQ and it was well worth it. If I could give 100 stars, I would.

This place is ICONIC!! Ms. Tootsie has something like 50+ years smoking meats and it shows! Their pork steak and sausage were the star of the show! Both are really tasty and very juicy! The brisket and pork ribs were also good. They were sold out of the turkey, which I was a little bummed out about, but that must mean it's that good. The potato salad was also very good. Bonus is we were able to take photos with the legend Ms. Tootsie!! One bucket list item checked off the list.

We arrived at 5:00 am to Lexington Texas.. and we started the line at 5:09 am, there was a lot of people on chairs and everyone was quiet ( I saw some people sleeping on the line) our turn was 87
At 6:00 am they started playing some music , at that moment I didn’t see the end of the line.
At 7:15 am they asked to stand up and sign the American Hymn, it was a great moment, just after the hymn they started with a riffle of turns (like 8) from 1-100, I was not. Lucky but turn 91 was so they skipped all the line..
From 7:30 approx they open the souvenir store, the drinks area so you can buy alcoholic or non alcoholic beverages and your time on the line will fly!
The area is so cool, they have a super clean restrooms and great environment
We finally ordered at 9:14 am and I ordered everything, we took a sit and we enjoyed the best pork ribs.
Pork ribs 4.7/5.0
Brisket 4.0/5.0
Sausage 3.8/5.0
Turkey 4.3/5.0
Tootsie is super friendly you can talk with her and ask her for pictures!
I think the flavors are really good but not the best that I have tried in my life, everything is like an experience but I don’t think I will stay in the line or drive some hours to get the food, if I go with friends and we don’t have plans will be fun to stay this again, otherwise I will pass.
90 people on the line, nice weather, just bring your chair (you will need it)
There are a nice environment, clean restrooms and you have the best views of the smokers
They start playing music at 6:00 am!
My turn was 89
