Sorry no food pics! The delicious-ness did not have a chance! Must try when in Texas! Everything was delicious From the meats to the desserts! Brisket Bark like we never had before! Soooo Good!!!! Amazing Hospitable staff, to help make the tough decisions
We went there today and got some food. The pepper jack sausage is delicious and then corn casserole. The owner is such a nice easy going guy. We will definitely be back 😊😊
Spent a month in Liberty Hills for work and Agape quickly became my favorite restaurant. The food is amazing and the staff are all friendly. I ate there at least once a week, sometimes more. Their Wednesday special is burnt ends and they are some of, if not the, best burnt ends I’ve ever had. If you’re in the area Agape is a must!

Beautiful location and friendly staff. But the best part.... brisket and smoked turkey! Cheesey sausage is excellent too. Never had more mouth-watering smoked turkey. So juicy! I liked the food so much, they catered my wedding and all the guests have been raving about the food! Thank you!

The absolute best brisket I've tried in Texas.
And I've tried many.
I live down the street but was disappointed in the hatch Mac (lack of cheese) that I would never order any sides, just the meat.
I got the hatch Mac today shortly after they opened (11 AM)
And it had tons of cheese.
I got the Mac and cheese with a brisket topper.
I have been waiting for a good Mac and cheese from Agape so I could give a 5 star review.
Love it- and I will be back all the time now. I think I will just ask for extra cheese?
The few times I've ordered it was later in the day, and the Mac was bone dry. I guess the morning is better for the Mac and cheese
Pleasantly surprised by Agape BBQ. We were in the area and decided to pop in for lunch. Liberty Hill downtown is so cool. Reminded me a bit of New Braunfels. Agape has friendly service and clean inside. They have a great backyard. We ordered meat plates and they were delicious. The moist brisket and ribs were the best! Cheaper than Austin and great quality. I mean i devoured the brisket and couldn’t stop dipping in BBQ sauce. I prefer Turkey elsewhere but it was tasty. I’m supposed to be on diet so I couldn’t do that much damage. The dessert pudding options looked good. Also I went for low cal sides. The green beans and corn tasted good. But I didn’t finish because the brisket and ribs were priority. They serve sides in containers you can take home if you don’t finish. We had a good meal.

It feels like this place has let itself go a bit, but also while raising prices. I remember when it opened and portions were good. Not anymore. We ordered a couple of combos today, which $23 for a three meat combo is pretty steep. The amount of brisket that was included was pretty small. No bread was included. What kind of BBQ place does not include at least two slices of bread?
The biggest disappointment is the banana pudding. The price is $5 for a small plastic container, that is labeled from 4 days ago. It's old and the nilla wafer on top is spongy. No thanks. This will likely be the last time we get food from them as that makes me wonder what else is several days old for these prices.

Very good brisket! Fat trimmed perfectly. Good seasoning, fresh and juicy. Would go back for brisket. Pepper jack sausage tasted good, but I think it could use a little more fat. Could be juicier. All said I do consider this the best BBQ in this area

We took a trip from Elgin to Agape today. Food was delicious. I had the chopped brisket. It was just right. Not too smoky. Not too salty and not super fatty. Very nice and tasty sandwich. I don’t particularly care for sausage in general but with a little bit of their BBQ sauce on a slice of sausage and it was also very tasty. The peach cobbler cheesecake though! Super unique! Very filling would recommend a little more crust at the bottom but the spices and the peaches were absolutely delightful! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy spot to have some bbq, watch some sports... and maybe have a beer or two. Oh, I really appreciated the step stools for my almost 3 year old to stand on to wash her hands in the bathroom sink!!!
Bbq is top tier here. Sides are a bit lacking. The corn casserole is a real let down. Atmosphere is great though. Happy to have found this place. Will be back more often

Excellence from start to finish. Friendly and helpful staff, wonderful mouthwatering food, and a delicious sweet finish with their seasonal pumpkin spice cheesecake. What a great local gem! We highly recommend and will be back to try more options! (Side note: pork belly burnt ends are an excellent Wednesday pick! We absolutely loved it!)
