Tried the Baked Penne with marinara sauce tonight and it was one of the best things I’ve eaten in the Austin area. The marinara tastes fresh, it was nice and chunky but cooked down well, sodium level was spot on without any sweetness to it, great garlic level - delicious without being overpowering. The pasta was cooked perfectly. Good mouth feel, not mealy, not too hard or soft, held up well to the fork and wasn’t overbaked. Perfect amount of mozzarella - they weren’t stingy...
Amazing food, amazing service, a true hidden gem in Georgetown! If you’ve ever grown up around your local mom and pop Italian restaurant, this not only checks all the boxes but is INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS. It’s a must try if you’re into pizza and Italian food.

We got a cheese, pepperoni, and vegetable pie which was $15-20 each. We had a few friends over and all agree the day you get them they are good and tasty but seem to be shorting on toppings. Might be a cost move on their part as we understand ingredients have gone up.
But the next day, 10/20/24 the leftover slices are just pieces of cardboard...
