The breakfast burrito is always a tough one for me. My biggest problem with breakfast tacos, or burritos is that the contents are pretty bland and you need a bunch of condiments to get them going. This place is very different, the breakfast burritos are pretty amazing. Grabbed the barbacoa burrito with onions, beans and egg from a review I read. I was amazed with it; very interesting and tasty combination. However, next time I might choose to go light on the onions, sometimes those can overpower the core ingredients. My usual favorite from this place is the chorizo, egg, cheese and potato burrito. I learned that combination from the staff right when they opened up a while ago. Can't go wrong with it, very flavorful. Every time I go there, I call in beforehand and its always ready when I get there. They are also very fun , friendly, and accommodating staff. When offering the salsas they have 3. 1 hot red, 1 mild red, and a green salsa. They don't skimp out either. Some places are very stingy on giving out salsa, not them they always are generous. To me they nailed the breakfast burrito, nice job!

Damned good breakfast taco. I get bacon, sausage, ham, egg, and cheese and it is only 3.39. They aren't huge so if you eat big order two.

Not very friendly at all anymore.Seems to have gone down hill in the last year. Was really good at one time. Sad.I ordered the Carne Gusada Plate, it had less than half a cup of meat. Small portions for the price. It also had absolutely no flavor, super bland.

Excellent tacos that you can grab and go in the area. It's located inside the gas station so you can grab some items while waiting for food. The barbacoa is a must try.

Best breakfast tacos in Liberty Hill and surrounding areas! I also enjoy their tortas. Don't be turned away by it being in a gas station. The kitchen is clean, ingredients are high quality, and the staff are inviting.

Came here on a road trip and was pretty disappointed in the breakfast and al pastor tacos. The breakfast tacos are very small portions and something in them was extremely salty. So salty that if we weren't already back on the road, we would have just returned them. The salsa was just ok and my al pastor taco didn't come with lime. Maybe they were just having an off day though. The menu has a lot of options and the service was excellent and very quick. Friendly staff and our order was correct. Overall, the experience was mixed but if you really need breakfast tacos, this place has them and they are alright.
When they are open great food. Been by several times around lunch and they are closed. Calling ahead never works also. Look the food is good but the inconsistency of open hours really makes me not even want to bother to go back.

Yes, they literally are a little counter inside of the gas station on the corner of Highway 29, but wow the food was really good. Definitely will be coming here on the regular for breakfast tacos and I look forward to trying some of the other Mexican food items.
