Friendly service. There is one guy that works outside and doesn't seem to understand the process. I'll be 3/4 cars back, tell him I have a mobile order and he moves on to car behind me. I believe he should get my order so I can leave and shorten the line. Thought that was the purpose of the app.

I have probable reason to believe this establishment has given me sickness due to mold. DO NOT get a freeze or blended drink. Everytime I get one I get sick.Ive been diagnosed several times with countless diseases including scabies, hand foot and mouth, and measles. For everyone’s sake do NOT support this Dutch Bros.

I love Dutch Bro's and their friendly staff. However, once you've been waiting in line for at least 5 minutes (worth the wait) and you watch them walk to cars that pulled in well behind you in get serviced first it's relatively frustrating.
Always super friendly here. Drinks are great. Yesss the line gets longer in the mornings….but that is anywhere. Walk up to the window if you dont want to wait .
The app is super awesome. Easy to use and love getting free drinks from the rewards.

Stopped by while waiting on our pizza the other night, and was very glad we did! The caramelizer is so yummy, & tastes almost the same as the drink we get at Starbucks for less cost. We got 6 drinks for around only $30! We live in LH, so we will definitely be coming here more often. The 3 young girls that were working were out going as well & helpful with the menu.
