No customer service at this location!! They refused to make my drink. Then the girl used my reward without asking. Unbelievable how disrespectful some of these locations are... I don't go to Starbucks because of this type of service!!

I visited a Starbucks over the weekend because we couldn't find a DB and let me tell you I won't make that mistake again. Not only is the coffee better but the service, the way they treated me and they got rid of all sugar free but vanilla ? Dutch you rock!

Room for improvement:1. inconsistency in the way drinks taste. I feel like if I got the same drink 3 days in a row, it would be different every day.2. The line can be incredibly slow. Definitely doesn’t seem to be the place to grab a coffee on the way to work.3. I love that your employees engage with customers but it may need to be highlighted that people were already having a conversation (on the phone, with a child in the backseat, or someone in the passenger seat) at that their attempt at good customer service can then be the opposite. Also, some people just don’t want to answer questions about themselves and carry on tons of conversation.4. Taking orders seems rather difficult for some employees. I have had the order placed in wrong several times with others in the car that verified I correctly ordered. Very frustrating.

I have a teenage daughter so almost a months mortgage payment goes here. But they have good drinks and the lines move quick. Good staff -and I can use going here as a motivator for the kid to finish her chores.

Super friendly staff but my drinks are always inconsistent. My go-to's are the chai latte and golden eagle. But they are never the same. Some days the chai is great. Spicy and creamy. Other days it tastes like streamed milk. Some days the golden eagle is great and you can taste the caramel and vanilla and some days it tastes like coffee with cream. I feel like i have to order a chai with extra chai and a golden eagle with extra caramel now. Just a little frustrating.

So, this review is mostly based on the service. The food and drinks are very consistent with other locations in the area.Some constructive feedback:1. It’s great that the staff will send someone out with a tablet to pick up orders if the line is long. BUT, please pay attention to who is NEXT in line. I have had to tell multiple staff members when I’m not the next person in line, who the next person in line is, and more frustratingly, I’ve been skipped over numerous times in line by people who show up after me.2. I’ve had multiple instances of waiting 20-30 mins in line for my drink in the drive thru. There’s times when I’ve gotten an already melted “frozen” drink because of the long time it takes between ordering and actually getting said drink. As I’ve gone to the location multiple times per week since they opened, the only thing I can boil it down to is that the staff is very young, personable and likes to talk to the customers. Makes for a great vibe, but not if I’m burning $10 for a drink that now isn’t worth it. Maybe they’re covering for the people who are making the drinks? Either way, I shouldn’t have to worry about my drink melting or getting cold because the staff is overly polite and talkative. Probably the only time good, positive customer service has been a detriment to a business that I’ve frequented.

Ordered 2 whole milk lattes and specifically said no sweetener. Ended up with 2 extremely sweet, hot coffee drinks. Fast friendly service, but not what we ordered.

Don't go to the drive through if you want fast service. Waited 20 minutes with 4 cars in line and the line didn't even move. I left before even ordering because I was not going to wait that long.
