Jardin Corona is a solid option for Mexican food in Liberty Hill. The wait staff is friendly and the food is solid. The menu is a bit overwhelming, but we have enjoyed everything we have tried.
First off it’s quite dark inside and it just felt sticky, the food was sub/par for Mexican food in the area and service was just ok.. never checked to see if food was ok or if we needed anything.
I had a very weak margarita that looked like water, salsa had good flavor but the beef hard shell taco was plain ground beef, lettuce, tomato and cheese..again no flavor. It came with cheese queso
that tasted like cheese out of a jar!
