Cfs & gravy great. Wife like fish n chips. 5 big screen TV's with different sports on. Cadillac margaritas great. We will stop again if ever in the area.

I had to leave a good review because we had such a great experience. Our waitress Joanna was AMAZING. We brought in our toddler and she was making sure that he and I had everything we needed so I could enjoy my meal. The food was well worth the price which was very reasonable. I got the B.L.A.T and it was full of flavor. Large enough portions and their veggies were definitely not from a can. Come in and see Joanna (she said she's there on the weekend).

Well today was my 5th and final trip to Liberty tavern. I had one good lunch service here the first time I came. The second time I came my son's chicken sandwich was missing its bottom bun, my fish and chips one of the fish was burnt and the other one was cold in the middle. That was after waiting 35 minutes for our food. The last couple of times I came the food was just mediocre and the service was hit or miss. But I keep trying to give them a chance because they're local. Tonight I came for dinner and got ignored at the host stand for 2 minutes. Eventually gave up and decided I would just eat at the bar. And then the bartender walked back and forth and just looked at me a couple of times helping other customers and couldn't be bothered to say hello, give me a minute or even wave. After waiting at the bar for 5 minutes I just stood up and walked out. None of the employees seem to notice. I understand that they're busy selling alcohol here, but I saw four different employees and none of them attempted to address me in any way. So it's official, this place sucks. I kept giving him another chance. But I'm done.

One of the reasons we picked to go to dinner here was they had a playscape. They do NOT have a playscape anymore. Our server came and took our drink and dinner orders.. Then she was in the back texting (where we can clearly see her) before even bringing waters. We were sitting outside, in Texas, with kids. I get bar drinks take a minute but water? We went inside to get our own drinks. The manger brought our food and did the bill and he was great. Burgers and fries were fantastic.

Great service! Great food! Great place! We loved the brussel sprouts, the pickle spears, the New York strip, and the lemon butter chicken; with the Woodford Blue, Conflict & Compromise, and Peartini to drink.

Stumbled across The Liberty Tavern on a Saturday afternoon. Very pleasant staff, the food was excellent along with a tall cold draft beer, reasonably priced. Give em a try!

If you're looking for a warm, casual and friendly environment with amazing food and service- look no further! We went for my brother's birthday and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The fried fish was perfection as was the schnitzel. Our waitress Chelsea was so friendly and attentive and even did a little birthday jig when she brought out the complimentary birthday sundae. If you're in the Liberty Hill area- check them out!
