Don't like the no contact mcdonalds. No refills, have to order on screen. You don't see anybody till they bring you your food. I'm sorry but kids today have no social skills and this isn't teaching them any.

To be honest I should actually give them Zero stars .. I am totally upset with these McDonald workers.. They did not deliver my order correctly. Besides that, some Hispanic person came to drop off my food with no fries ? . I had to re order & re pay my order twice .. Then I called to complain & they just sent me straight to voicemail.. My thing is if you’re gonna have a bitchy attitude then don’t work.! I don’t play when it comes to my food & money .. Especially when I’m pregnant ..

Don’t plan on coming here before 6am. 7 out of 10 times you’ll either not get helped in the drive through or it’ll take them 5-10 minutes to realize you are sitting there. As I write this, it’s been 9 minutes since I first ordered and I’m the only one in the parking lot

McDonald's delivers exactly what you'd expect: fast, tasty food with great service. The menu offers a solid variety. The 10pc chicken nuggies and fries are quite good indeed! The food definitely earns a 5/5 for flavor, quality, and value. Service is another highlight, quick, efficient, and friendly. Whether ordering at the counter, drive-thru, or via mobile app, the staff ensures everything runs smoothly. No complaints here, a well-deserved 5/5. The only downside is the atmosphere. The seats, floor and chairs were messy, it was a nice place, not perfect, but it gets the job done. A fair decent 3/5 for atmosphere. Overall, McDonald’s is a reliable choice! Recommended!

I don't know how kiosk. My friend took me to McDonald's while we did some paperwork and figuring and she ordered the $5 meal which was really really good I enjoyed it and the food was good it was the cheeseburger the fish sandwich with cheese and the chicken nuggets the food was hot soda was cold and okay I stopped into McDonald's will my friend order for both of us and the clerk goes well which one you want what one you want I told her the cheeseburger and the cheeseburger in the fish and she goes well which one do you want and I said I'm going somewhere else you don't understand nothing I never order from McDonald's and I don't want to besides there was nobody inside the place eating looked clean to me I left.

Customer service really needs to be improved. Staff including managers really need to do better.
We've been going to this McDonald's throughout the year we have been living in the area and are over all disappointed by it. While there has been one or two staff members that have left a positive impression, most of the time the staff doesn't seem to. Food has been wrong multiple times and had to be brought back. From over cooked chicken patties that were hard as a rock, to inconsistent burger patties, to inconsistent sweet tea, to orders just being delivered with incorrect modifications, there seems to be something off every time. :(
McDonald's too as a company needs to fix their kiosks. At breakfast you can't get anything but a small drink to accompany the meal and at other times of the day the modifications you can make are inconsistent or just lacking some options (like adding Mac sauce! Or some burgers allow adding mayo and others don't). I love kiosks as an option, but we've been going up to the counter to order just because some options are not there.

Placed a curbside order at 6:18 pm this evening so I could pick it up on my way home after work. Got to the McDonald’s and began waiting in the curbside spot. Time kept going by along with multiple cars in the drive through. Checked my phone to see it was 6:45 pm and still hadn’t received my order. Went inside to see a line of people that wasn’t moving and by that time I was so upset by how much time went by I ended up leaving- no food which was already paid for but I couldn’t cancel my order as it kept saying they were in the process of making it. Which the app had displayed for over 20 minutes of waiting. I’m very disappointed in this experience, and don’t understand why everyone in the drive through was taken care of and out of there in 5 minutes while I’m still waiting for over 20 mins. Will never order curbside here again.

McDonald’s is McDonald’s no matter how many different locations you visit. The only thing that makes McDonald’s is great service, & the service here was pretty good

Went through the drive-through and they first tried to give me the wrong bag of food. And I gave them my receipt and my order was still incorrect and missing some items.
