Update: it happened again tonight. Same issue. I used the link to report on McDonald’s website and got a generic email response saying sorry. No action. I don’t know what it is about this specific McDonald’s - but they must hate custom orders. If I ask for no cheese - I get only cheese and nothing else. If I ask for extra onions - I get no onions. It’s so frustrating how many times I’ve had to drive back up there and get my order corrected. It’s at least 80% of the time.

Beware of this McDonald's. They will let food sit getting cold for curbside until they get multiple orders to take out. The managers know nothing about food temperature or customer service. Food just setting is a health problem. Bacteria grows between 40 and 160 degrees. Do not go to this McDonald's unless you don't care about yours or your family health. You been eaten by a verified food service manager.

In the last 6 months or so this McDonald's has really taken a turn for the worst. A few times I've just left because I realized it was just going to take much longer than I had. Also the greetings and mannerisms have been horrible...don't they understand AI could take over their jobs🤦🏽♂️

Do not recommend eating at the Liberty Hill TX McDonald's first the lady walking around the lobby kept giving us rude looks. The the lady in cleaning the bathroom literally stood in front of the door waiting for me to come out and when I did she gave me a look like I inconvenienced her cleaning. Then as I tried to dry my hands she stood in front of dryer taking the bathroom trash out the trash cans with her hands transferring it to another bag. A few minutes later she came out walked by our table with the trashcan with nasty women's bathroom toilet paper exposed bad not tied shut went and placed the trash can still not tied by the lobby trash can and walked away. 5 minutes later a male employee went and disposed of the trash that was just sitting in the lobby. And the lady I guess was getting frustrated cuz we were there to long she kept walking by our table just looking at us ugly and as we started to get up we weren't even up from the table and she came and started wiping down the table my mother was still sitting down rude and just nasty do not recommend. Worst McDonald's experience.

The lady cleaning the bathrooms walked by our table where we were eating with the bathroom trash mind you bag was not closed so she walked by with exposed nasty women's bathroom toilet paper then puts the trash can by the lobby trash cans still exposing toilet paper and walks away to finish cleaning bathrooms. 5 minutes later a male employee comes and disposes of the trash. Will never eat here again.

Yes, it was dinner hour, but eating in was a mistake. A prior customer had made a mess, which included an extra soda mess on the floor, trash & more soda all over the soda dispensing area. Knowing that it could be a potential risk, I informed a staff. Eventually, it was taken care, however, the general dine in atmosphere lacked efficiency & order. If this were my franchise, I would want to know. The one, nice young man, brought cups for us and asked if we needed anything. Food was good!

Had two hungry kids and waited 30 minutes for their meals. Unacceptable for McDonalds. Won’t be back here again.
Sadly this place just seems to be going down hill the past 2 visits they have messed up our order and the staff can sometimes be very friendly and at other times just rude. The manager would rather argue with you and tickle and dime than to try to make things right. We try to avoid it all together and would not be there at all if we didn't have grandkids

don't know who left their brain at home this morning but someone put my hot chocolate in the bag with no carrier and it spilled all in my DoorDasher's car. If youre gonna work morning shifts, don't leave your brain at home please.
