Munch Munch Waffles & More

Food quality wasn’t top tier. Waffles were soggy and cold coming out. Waited 15-17min for our food and the bar stools aren’t comfortable after a while. Vibes were nice, however, the young staff kept standing around without attending tables with requests. The drive is there and I see the effort. My first time wasn’t great. Not sure I will come back.

Dietary restrictions: I love the GF options.

Kid-friendliness: The music is nice. Some song choices have bad words that could disturb younger customers.

My main concern and complaint is about the cleanliness of the restaurant. The menu was dirty, the salt and pepper shakers were dirty, and the walls were dirty. My husband's steak sandwich was good, but my waffle was lukewarm and chewy. I couldn't finish it. Sorry, I don't usually complain, but I'm not going back to this place.

The worst place and the worst customer service i got there, they have no respect the people what i feel tbh is racist from the guy whi came to ask me and didn’t want to even talk to me just becoz i think i look asian.! Plz do not go this place.

Everything was wonderful. Z was a great waiter.

Our waiter was amazing, he was a young man that was very polite and just over all great service. As well as the buss boy he was very kind to allow us to move tables due to the waddling table at the front. There was one employee that really made our service not as pleasant, I’m unsure of the names but when we moved tables this girl had a terrible attitude and sighed as if it was an inconvenience and scolded the poor buss boy when it was not busy at all. Then came up to us saying “for future reference we don’t just move tables, we want to reserve booths for more than 2 people”. I was a server for 4 years and I would never approach a customer with that attitude and our reason for moving was more than just a preference and when explaining why we wanted to move she just had such a snobby attitude . Other than that experience I would say this is a lovely establishment!!

Extensive menu with much more than just waffles. Lots of breakfast options and various interesting types of waffles to try. I had the rise and munch which came with eggs, bacon, potatoes, and cinnamon waffles. Everything was good. The omelet could have used more cheese. A good option for breakfast with something for everyone.

This was our first time here and had been curious about stopping by since we travel passed it off 29 very frequently.

Two of us walked, there were plenty of open tables, however, we were directed to sit at a 2 top even though we wanted to sit at a 4 top.

I ordered a 'latte' non-seasonal special drink. When I got the drink, it turned out to be a drip coffee with frothy milk. Had I known their version of a latte would have been created from a drip coffee identifying as a latte simply because of the froth, I would have been better off drinking the drip coffee and adding my quantity of cream. I questioned (not to our waiter since he was busy) their version of a 'latte' they only offered more coffee rather than actually charging for a drip coffee, which is what the drink truly was. More coffee does not make a latte. When I made the order, I thought they could actually make a latte because their seasonal menu included other flavorful coffee shop sounding drinks. Definitely not worth the price!

By now, two other customers walked in after us. There were still plenty of tables open and they were able to choose their own table, which turned out to be a 4 top with no conflicts or movements to a 2 top. Unbelievable and unfair!

Once our food came out, the plates did not fit on our 2 top comfortably, so we had to move to a 4 top. The inconvenience could have been avoided from the beginning because there were still plenty of 4 tops available!

Ultimately, the type of atmosphere experienced left an unwelcoming taste to this place.

Go there as soon as possible! They are so good, you won’t regret it! Went with my MIL for brunch and everything from the service to the quality of food was amazing. I went for a fancy waffle and was not disappointed. Whole experience was 5 ⭐️

I love this place. I love the people who run this place. The food is terrific (and quite indulgent) and can only be described as pure, good, old-fashioned comfort food.

I went there because there was a work luncheon (online) and I really wanted breakfast. I’m a guy who usually doesn’t eat until dinner but I figured since work was paying for it I might as well enjoy it. I REALLY enjoyed it and I’ll be going back.
