This place has been poorly run since it opened near 10 years ago! Even tried an rideshare delivery order and the order got cancelled due to excessive wait time!! Need effeciency training!

The worse service I've ever experienced. They never got my order right and I ordered plus paid online for a very large order, it was over $100. The carhop dropped our order on the ground, bent over, picked it all up and served it to us. We didn't get but maybe half of our order yet you kept all the money for the entire complete order which I never received. Even the Manager said that y'all would make it right, never did. I'll never go to that Sonic ever again.

Rude and not worth the time. As you know the speakers can be terrible for speaking into and hearing. In no way is it acceptable to be rude to a customer because you cannot understand or hear them. At no time were we rude and for them to respond rudely is unacceptable. Don't waste your time here.

Tried to order in the drive through, could not hear the the the guy taking my order. I asked him to repeat him self politely but the guy screamed on the intercom very angry.When I got to the window the guy just made up that the tape to pay did not work. I was their the previous day and it worked fine, it looked new. He was just giving attitude. Horrible service I think he was possibly a manager he had a red shirt on

This place is absolute trash. The only good thing that brings any joy to this place are the 2 sweet employees we had the pleasure of meeting. The (what I assume) manager is quite intimidating and doesn’t seem to listen. It also seems that the people who cook the food are entirely incompetent, not being able to read or even do a simple task such as making a burger, or even a corndog! Please do not eat here if you want to have a good day.

Food here was absolutely terrible. Bacon cheeseburger was dry like a rice cake, bacon was burnt, bun was old. The only decent thing was onion rings and the service.

This sonic has had some bumpy roads through out its career. I will say the past few visits to sonic after a while of not going just because of quality, I am thoroughly pleased with the food after each visit. The car hops are amazing as well and I think the stores under new management if so nice move. Food and service is such an improvement for this location. Keep it up !

I think his name is Justin but he is a breath of fresh air and you guys are so lucky to have him! It's hard meeting people out here that are personable and he is so down to earth even just meeting him for 2 minutes !!
