Why is the Liberty Hill store closed on a Thursday at 9:30 am?
This morning, after one of the most exhausting nights I’ve had in awhile, I headed to the Starbucks in Liberty Hill because they open an hour before my usual location and I was desperately in need of caffeine. I am so thankful I did! Even though I was the first customer and they were most likely still setting everything up, they patiently walked me through the differences between each type of coffee. Usually not bad service last few times has been very rude and disrespectful service. Was given the wrong drink drove back to replace it. Female staff were very disrespectful asking my husband to leave the lobby. Requesting him to take the wrong drink to the trash while raising there voice. I don't think yelling at customers is appropriate. There have been other times such has overcharges on drinks and it just get brushed off.
