He originally gave me one burrito. I finally received my order, and it was mostly wrong. Just double check your order and you should be fine.

Just picked up a free cantina chicken Burrito that was a reward on my app and it was just a taco shell with chicken in it and melted cheese all on the outside of it. The foil wasn't even fully put on the taco when I pulled it out of the bag.

So 2 years later this is still our go to Taco Bell! It's clean it's neat and the servers are very very kind cheerful and courteous. The cantina chicken is fabulous! I don't get all the negative comments at all we need to support our local restaurants and young people just starting out.

We had a wonderful breakfast delicious food lots of wonderful sauces it's clean as a whistle in here and the help is very friendly and courteous!

It was a somewhat busy so I can understand this a little but we didn’t receive our drink and the chicken chalupa had literally 4 pieces of chicken in it

I can't believe putting 1/4 the regular amount of toppings on a taco is acceptable. My whole $9 box was horrible! The chips were way too salty, nacho cheese wasn't even closed and spilled half of it inside the box, my crunchy taco was like 1cm thick with little to no toppings (not exaggerating btw), and my chalupa was the same as the crunchy taco almost no filling at all, and my grilled cheese burrito felt like a thin blanket, horribly filled less than half the normal stuff inside. Absolutely HORRIBLE management to be able to let this happen. Doesn't matter if it was holloween, product quality should matter more than getting orders out. Horrible. I bet some of you who read this think I'm over exaggerating but I am NOT. I wish I took pictures before I devoured it because I was so hungry after my 9 hour shift without eating. Didn't even fill me up, might even go out again just to get more from a different store.

Just drive a little further to the Leander location-

They mess up my order every other time I visit. I had to go back through the drive through to get my order fixed this last time and then had to walk inside to ask for more help bc they STILL hadn’t fixed it 😅 the rest of my food was cold by the time I received what I actually ordered and paid for. I hope this shop is able to get it together bc the staff seems very kind, but I will be going out of my way to a different location moving forward.

Management need to have a talk with staff about proper cleaning methods and staff was overwhelmed with drive through and under staffed. Drove to Leander and had great service and clean screens to order from.
