This week Food Dood provided the dinner for a Christmas event I hosted and it was awesome! His team was so easy to work with in the planning stages. The party attendees told me multiple times how great the food was, specifically the burger. I ordered the carne asada quesadillas which were AWESOME! I would definitely recommend this food truck.
When I saw the menu said Baja fish tacos and street tacos I was reluctant (too many TexMex restaurants have fooled me into buying wannabe Baja style food). This was by far the best Mexican food I've had in Texas, truly authentic Baja style. I will be following them. No pictures are available because as soon as I saw it, it was in my mouth. I even turned a non fish eating coworker into a fish tacos guy. Thank you food dood and crew.
I have to give a big shout-out to The Food Dood. This guy drove his food truck to St. David’s hospital and started giving away free dinners for EMS week. And he didn’t just stop at the paramedics. He served the Nurses, Housekeepers, Techs, security, everyone was included.The Steak Tacos were seriously amazing.The Burger all the way was great. Good bun. Get the fries. I hate bad fries.
