I don’t get where all the hate for Wendy’s AI DT system is coming from. It took my order flawlessly. With an order confirmation screen it’s easy to make sure your order is placed correctly. What many people hating AI don’t seem to realize is that most order takers in this business are mostly poorly trained employees who either don’t speak English well or just don’t care about customer service. An AI system will never tell you “I’ll be with you in a minute”....
this is a new location in our town of liberty Hill and we are lucky to have it. Veronica, the manager is amazing. She is tuned in with her Store and her employees. we are lucky to have a place that serves fresh not frozen burgers and amazing baked potatoes.
