This is my favorite restaurant in Liberty. The service is great, super friendly and family oriented. The food is great with a very wide variety including any Tex-mex you can think of plus steaks, bbq, chicken fried steak.

Restaurant seems clean and service was prompt however the shrimp Diablo I got was overcooked and chewy the onions totally undercooked I asked for charro beans got refried and no tortillasThe chips bought out were regular store bought the red sauce not very original or flavorful no green sauceI did get the Mexican guacamole dip also lacking in flavorWould not recommend or will not return

Never had Mexican Country before but it was great! Had the chicken fajita salad, the food was all seasoned very well.
This has always been one of our favorite stops to grab a bite to eat and maybe a drink on our way up to the country or when coming back home. So we go up to the country every weekend and this past weekend on Friday night we stopped in and they were a little busy as usual. But it didn't take long to get our order. However when we got our plates we were very disappointed in the portion sizes we received. The portion sizes have always been good sized portions. But our beans and rice were the size of one chip and our tacos and burritos had very little meat in them. If I can post some pictures I will. But our waiter came back and asked if everything was okay and I pointed out to him the sizes and told him we were disappointed in the portion sizes. He said that he seen that and he did bring us some more rice and beans.But the main part of the meals was the fajitas in our tacos and the burritos. Not sure if we'll be going back there. Now there are like 3 new restaurants to eat at and we've tried them and they are really good.

My family and I had a great experience here today. The food was excellent; I had the supreme burritos with rice and beans, and the tres leches cake. So good!! Junior was our server, and he was incredibly professional and friendly. I love the atmosphere, it’s so cozy. We will definitely be coming back!
