I placed an app order and set it up for pickup , went inside to pick it up and waited for about 10 minutes and had to get their attention to get my food and it was cold.

I ordered through the app to pick up my mobile order curbside, I waited 25 minutes until I finally asked an employee. He came back 5 minutes later to give me my food, I assumed they had just made it. Nope. My food was cold and fries were soggy. This location is very unorganized to say the least.

Usually love going here but the cashier's have no clue how to ring up the $3.99 bundles! I ordered 2 bundles and they kept trying to charge 14 and some change. Please teach these kids how to use the machines and they need to learn some simple math! I gave up and drove off

No customer interface to take orders inside. They completely, totally ignore you. You HAVE to use the kiosk screen. I didn't like the experience.
