How the hell are you gonna say your system is down and your closed at the moment if my order went through on the mobile app for this location. Literally ordered one thing and had to get it canceled because that's what the lady at the window said but she never mentioned it over the speaker when we first got there. Unprofessional, never again.
I have not been to a McDonald's in 8 yrs. It will probably be another 8. Ordered a 6 piece nugget happy meal. Did not get the sauce that they asked me for ( no sauce at all) asked for ketchup, I got one pack ( thinking there were more in the box) no napkins. Make sure you check your order before driving off.

Place was pretty bad everyone waiting for about a good 50 to 20 minutes literally dude they can’t even count a 20 nuggets literally gave me 15 really McDonalds is it that hard to do your job!? Never coming again this place sucks.

This was one of the worst experiences. The guy in the drive thru took 30 min to take our order and asked me the same question over and over . Was trying to use one of my coupons for a happy meal . After all that the food was cold . This is the worst location .

Horrible customer service. The lady taking the orders at the drive-through did not listen correctly after even three times telling her the right order and then just went on to take orders at the other drive-through lane. The first window that you were supposed to pay at was blocked and Could not see inside. Went up to the second window, where you were supposed to pick up your order, and the girl from the first window came around, giving me grief that I didn’t stop at the first window. Then they had to have people come to the window three different times to get my correct order. By the way, only two breakfast sandwiches, not too complicated. Then they did not even bother to say thank you or anything when taking my payment or giving me food. Which also took too long.

Took too long to serve me and my family when we dined in the afternoon. Workers are clueless and had no idea what order they were on . I will be letting management know they need to do better before I get ahold of the district manager out here .

They drunk my smoothie it was only half full.They refused to come to the counter I had to wait a long time. My receipt did not print. The man at the counter was incredibly rude he rolled his eyes twice and laughed at a disabled old man.Do not recommend at all.
