We had a special 2 can dine for $11.99.Good price and the red beans & rice were good. Chicken was hot and fresh, but the quality was not nearly as good as usual. That's why 3 stars only.

Terrible service. No cars in the parking lot or in line, took 5 minutes to take my order. Rude! Out of dr pepper, Mac and cheese, beignets. Even more rude once we made it to the window!

I went here last week brought a 12 piece family meal 34.00 dollars total disaster my wife and kids got sick after eating this. I took this to work for lunch I didn't know chicken has a foul order after 1 day wow thanks alot popeyes a waste of money time and energy. Not only that contacted the corporate office in Atlanta still haven't heard from the manager at liberty texas location. It's like they keep the chicken off temperature ? battered it and still sold it for human consumption. It's sad no one takes pride and integrity in their jobs anymore
Went in for a 10pc mild family meal I ordered from online. This was 2 and half hours before close. They informed me they were out of mild,and didn't have any already cooking and that they could get me spicy immediately. I told them no I wanted mild to which I was informed it would be a 20 minutes wait if I want them to make some. I told them I'd wait. I also tried to order something they were heavily advertising on the menu only to be told they no longer sold them. While waiting a family walked in and waited almost 10 minutes before leaving because no one asked for their order. After another 10 minutes another lady walked in and asked for mild and was then convinced by the cashier it'd be better if she just got spicy. Again this is more than 2 hours before close. After another 15 minutes my food finally came out. Will not be going back because there's absolutely no reason they shouldn't have already been making a new batch of chicken.and them convincing customers of to get other things so they didn't have to make stuff seems wrong.Edit: upon getting home it was very clear that we received reheated leftover chicken. How this took over 30 minutes makes no sense but also is not acceptable. will be calling into corporate tomorrow morning.

I will never go to this Popeyes again!! They are rude it was About 830 pm 9 Pm on Mother's Day Weekend!! The old black lady that was there was rude and unprofessional!! The young black male was there was very nice!! She needs to go back to training bc she doesn't know the pieces of chicken she gives to people!! I worked for Popeyes for almost 15 years!! When I asked for Breast and thighs and my husband wanted a 3 pieces white!! She didn't say anything I guess she thought I wasn't going to check my order!! She gives me two Breast one small and one big!! But my husband wanted two Breast and a wing with his 3 pieces!! All she had to do is say she didn't have a thigh!! But lied and had the nerve to catch an attitude!! All I'm saying just be Honest and u will never have a problem?? Learn ur pieces of chicken Please mama!! So the ending to this storyline is I just waited until I got home and went to my favorite Popeyes place in Harris Texas where I live!! She would learn a lot from them bc they always get our order right and hot and fresh!! I apologize it to me this long to write this!! But that night I was very hungry and had to wait almost another hour b4 I could get my favorite fried food!! Smh!

Over $18 for 2 measly 2 piece meals. It was 5:15 in the evening and they said they had run out of Mac and cheese; but had enough for one meal.It was the bottom of the barrel, crusted and burnt residual at the bottom of the pan. Yuck!Then, no biscuit was put in my meal.I've tried calling a couple times to bring to the Mgr attention, but no one answers the phone!Next time....Mexican food it is!

So I goes in liberty Popeyes and order 2 family meals. 20 each. The worker drops 2 chicken legs on the floor and then picks them up with the tongs throws them in the trash and the with the same tongs gets my chicken and put it in my box. Where they do that at. Then when I complained he when to the back with them and grabbed a nother pair. I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager. I asked would he ate that if I did that and he answered yes. This is nasty liberty has to do better

I'm giving this location a 2 star, because the young ppl were VERY untrained. They made me, n other customers, wait in line behind someone, that should hv been told to move forward, until their food was done. But NO, they allowed them to sit at the window, while the rest of the customers food was getting cold, because It was ready, n waiting for us to pull up to the window.When I finiallymade It to the window, I was disappointed, because the young lady at the drive thru, was sooo NON CHALANT, n UNCONCERN, that It had the rest of us waiting In line, to recieve cold food, that It didn'n even bother her.NOT GOOD SERVICE, n I WILL NOT VISIT THAT LOCATION AGAIN. I'M GOING TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW, NOT TO EAT THERE ANYMORE, BECAUSE THEY WILL HV TO WAIT N LINE TOO LONG, BECAUSE THE PERSON AHEAD OF THEM WAS NOT TOLD TO MOVE UP, UNTIL THEIR FOOD WAS READY.
