First time trying this place, came for the breakfast, but they stop at 10:30 which is reasonable, we arrived at 12. The Philly cheese steak was amazing, best I ever had and the sides on the lunch special were amazing (gravy on rice, cooked cabbage and beans and sausage), The fried chicken was ok.

So country inside.. with very old household gadgets.. friendly place.. you can have a lage group or come alone.. It has a full salad bar.. with cases of fresh baked pie.. cookies.. buy the slices or the whole pie..

Drove over an hour to the restaurant but they were closed although online it stated it was open. Suggest that they post the holiday hours if they are different. This is a small town so not a lot of options.

This place felt like I stepped back into the 1970's in the best way possible. Great service and an outstanding breakfast. I usually take pictures if my meal but I was hungry and the food tasted to good to stop eating for a picture. I also bought one of their pies to bring home. Im glad I did too. It was an apple pie that was full of b apples and the best tast you could expect. I am so glad I took the time to stop here. Don't pass up this place if you're traveling through or live in the area. You wont regret it.

I normally stop by on my way to work to get me something for lunch. Everything is normally great. The last three times i have gotten mess over. My visit today took the cake. I ordered the lunch special with no coleslaw nor hush puppies just more fried orka. I received hush puppies(i dont eat) french fry’s, orka and THREE nugget(pieces of fish)
