Service was even less than expected from a sonic

I don’t write reviews unless it’s necessary. This is the worst Sonic I’ve ever been too! Service is terrible! They sound like you’re annoying them that we’re even here. The food taste like it’s been sitting out. They forgot some of our order. Not worth it! I keep trying to give this place a chance and we are always disappointed. Go to Wendy’s or Whataburger if you read this lol Big pass on this Sonic!!!

This has to be the worst sonic in SE Texas. The food was absolutely horrible. My dog eats a much higher quality meal than these people serve. Absolutely pathetic!!!!!!!

Came to the sonic and parked and ordered waited for every bit of 45 minutes to get a ft.long and burger time food came out it was cold and nasty ended up just throwing it out waist of 25.00 dollars

Nothing works!!! Everything is beat to Hell. Waitress said the Sonic corp. owns it now. Food is nothing like it used to be. Avoid this dump at all costs.

My husband and I waited 30 minutes just for them to tell us that they gave our order to someone else and we'd have to wait another 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks, and an order of mozzarella sticks. Apparently, it's also going to take 2 days just to get the refund.

Why does it take an hour to get a drink from this place or anything? Even when there is no cars there, you could build your summer home in Alaska before the food or drink makes it to you.

After this hurricane hit, they wanted me to sell food that wouldn’t even totally frozen. I said no I quit. I get left with a trainee in the kitchen a carhop that thinks she knows everything then have to give on refunds for her, but that’s what the GM teaches them scan scan scan, I do you be better off knowing that is taking a minute it’s fresh then lying to you and say it’s gonna be out in a second run and then they just grab another saw and then they grab another stall and then I forget about it

Its sonic. But the order was wrong. The drinks were melted and the cheese sticks were cold. It took a really long time. They seemed short staffed.
