Waited forever. The food was disgusting...... My chicken strips were so disgustingly dry I didn't even eat them waste of money. Whoever is managing this place must be asleep or not there. They definitely need a food quality check.

They get my order wrong 90% of the time! To top it off, they get pissed off when you call them on their incompetence. The menu change is for the worse and while fast food quality always leaves something to be desired, whatever vendor is sourcing their food now is scraping the floor to provide for them. Yuck!

We went to sonic last night to get drinks was there for like 30 mins pressing the red button… There was another car that got there after us and they got there stuff way before us, now make that make since and I wonder why the other bosses quit bc they have ignorant people in he kitchen that don’t need to be in there every person that’s work in that kitchen needs to be fired there all dirty and need sum respect… yall need to fire all those employees and find new ones or close y’all’s store

Put in a mobile order at 4:48pm, checked in via the red button at the 10 and 20 minute mark. Left without my order after 30 minutes. Refund seems unlikely.What a terrible experience at a terrible location.

Heading to Houston, I wanted to get something quick to eat, and I'm glad I chose Sonic. I had a chili cheese coney and baaaaby this hot god did not disappoint. Bun-soft, chili-nice & hot, and the weiner/hot dog was on point. It wasn't stale, hard, from the day before, nor did it taste like a Vienna sausage. Great job to the staff!

We visited on a Saturday night at around 6:30-ish PM. Our order was taken in a timely fashion, and even though we waited about 15 minutes or so for our order of two burgers, two tots, and two sodas, the food was fresh and yummy: our tots were hot and crisp, the hamburger bun was soft, and I appreciated that they didn't skimp on the burger fixings. ? Our server was very nice, too, and we enjoyed our visit. Thank you to the employees! ❤️

Terrible service, dirty all the time! They claim their delay in responding to customers on broken equipment, it's just bad management!!! I wish the owner would fix this problem so I can be a customer again! I've given them the benefit of the doubt, but having the wait 25 minutes to get an employee to take my order is ridiculous!!!

I found a damn bug in my food! I ate half of these tots before I saw it and was chewing on a tot from the area I found the bug in! This is disgusting! When I worked there the place had no care for cleanliness what do ever and that was when Covid was just starting, and there were people sticking their bare hands in the ice cooler for drinks, just to play with the ice and touch it. Disgusting! I told corporate then, and then I left! I thought maybe they would have fixed their cleaning better by now, but obviously not! If you continue to hand out disgusting food garnished with bugs, from a dirty store, then you will end up making people sick! And more than likely get sued! Do better sonic! I have half a mind to call and report your store to the health department! Disgusting!
