This location is ridiculous I can say that I've been 3 times each time hoping for better but no maim. They are rude, disconnected, no customer service WHATSOEVER. The kicker today for my third and ABSOLUTE LAST TIME GOING HERE . Mandy one of the workers was SOOOO RUUUUDEE literally didn't acknowledge me didn't say hello or anything. The dude walking around came and took my order LITERALLY MANDY is making the sandwich and didn't speak not one damn word to me the entire time head down jaw tight very nasty rude demeanor. I pay for my food MANDY doesn't even say here is your receipt or anything just walked off. Service here is totally ridiculous they come across racist and a host of other things I experienced in my 3 trips DONT GO HERE

I love the freshness and service. Hubby likes the club style & the Philly cheese sandwich. I love love the chicken salad sandwich. & the teriyaki chicken sandwich.

Ordered the chicken bacon ranch. They were out of all chicken so I decided to go with the turkey titan. Get my food after work drive 30 minutes home and there’s hardly any meat on my sandwich period.

I ordered the Beast sandwich online. When I got home I bit into the sandwich and they put pepper jack cheese instead of the provolone cheese. I ask for extra MVP vinaigrette on the sandwich. They put some kind of ranch dressing on it. When I arrived to pick up my sandwich they were out of a lot of product. They only had one soda favor available. I tried to eat the sandwich but only ate half. My taste buds weren’t having it. I was going to complain but I reading the reviews why bother. Never going there again.

Customer service here sucks i called to talk about my sandwich being wrong and the lady on the phone gave me an attitude that shes only been clocked in for an hour. When i told them they made my sandwich wrong they said theyd only remake it if i bring back the wrong sandwich which i dont mind hell i wasnt even going to ask for a remake just wanted an apology or some kind of reaffirmation that it wont happen again since i come here often. Wont be back rather make the drive to hardin for better service and having a store that’s actually stocked on ingredients.

We ordered three sandwiches for my kids football game. They were out of the footlong cookie. Lettuce, tomatoes we ordered it with everything on it. I dropped off the food at the kids football game and I went home. My kids call me and tell me that the only thing that they have on there is mayonnaise the chicken no sweet onion teriyaki sauce, a bunch of jalapeños and nothing else they threw those sandwiches away. I called them and I have to bring the sandwiches back in order for them to go ahead and replace it when we were about maybe 35 minutes away from there I was not gonna drive from the house back over there just for the sandwiches so I called and I asked to speak to a manager. She spoke to me very rude. I asked her to speak to her supervisor and she said well she’s not here and she’s hardly ever here and she said there’s nothing she can do about it and she hung up. I tried calling back and she never picked up if I were you I would drive that extra mile to go to a different subway. These people treat customers paying customers like trash.

Be careful if you are trying to get double meat meat. They will surely charge you for it, but don’t give you what you pay for. Won’t be coming back
Literally close 20 minutes early. Just lazy
I ordered food on the app on 9/1/2024 and when I went to the store to pick it up, the girl working inside said that she was closing (at 6:45pm) and she locked the doors and turned off the lights while I was standing there. When I asked what I should do about the food I already paid for she said that it wasn’t her problem and walked to the back. I still haven’t gotten a refund.
