If you want a sub with the 2x cheese. You have to pay for the cheese
Never have anything and won’t substitute it for online orders . Employee doesn’t change her gloves after touching the register and money but proceeded to make more sandwiches…

Customer service here sucks i called to talk about my sandwich being wrong and the lady on the phone gave me an attitude that shes only been clocked in for an hour. When i told them they made my sandwich wrong they said theyd only remake it if i bring back the wrong sandwich which i dont mind hell i wasnt even going to ask for a remake just wanted an apology or some kind of reaffirmation that it wont happen again since i come here often. Wont be back rather make the drive to hardin for better service and having a store that’s actually stocked on ingredients.

We ordered three sandwiches for my kids football game. They were out of the footlong cookie. Lettuce, tomatoes we ordered it with everything on it. I dropped off the food at the kids football game and I went home. My kids call me and tell me that the only thing that they have on there is mayonnaise the chicken no sweet onion teriyaki sauce, a bunch of jalapeños and nothing else they threw those sandwiches away. I called them and I have to bring the sandwiches back in order for them to go ahead and replace it when we were about maybe 35 minutes away from there I was not gonna drive from the house back over there just for the sandwiches so I called and I asked to speak to a manager. She spoke to me very rude. I asked her to speak to her supervisor and she said well she’s not here and she’s hardly ever here and she said there’s nothing she can do about it and she hung up. I tried calling back and she never picked up if I were you I would drive that extra mile to go to a different subway. These people treat customers paying customers like trash.

Be careful if you are trying to get double meat meat. They will surely charge you for it, but don’t give you what you pay for. Won’t be coming back
Literally close 20 minutes early. Just lazy
I ordered food on the app on 9/1/2024 and when I went to the store to pick it up, the girl working inside said that she was closing (at 6:45pm) and she locked the doors and turned off the lights while I was standing there. When I asked what I should do about the food I already paid for she said that it wasn’t her problem and walked to the back. I still haven’t gotten a refund.

Their customer service sucks! The are very unsanitary, they don’t change there gloves that often, nor clean the knives. They aren’t friendly at all. I will not be going back to this subway ever.

Very poorly managed to say the least.They are always out of something. Lettuce looks like it is a week old, brown and nasty. They never have black olives, rarely have avacado.Even worse the staff is rude as hell.I would not want this subway to represent my product if I were CEO.

Would not honor a coupon! Went in to order and at the register gave the girl my coupon. She looked at it and rang my purchase with out using the coupon. When I asked why the didn't use it she looked at the other lady. she then tells me that a manager must be in to use my coupon. Horrible customer service.
I rated this Liberty Subway 4 stars two years ago.This Feb 11 2024 visit and a few recent visits were frustrating. I order online, today order was confirmed at 1:19 to be ready at 1:35. I got there at 1:35 the order was not started.I completely understand there are customers there. That goes without saying, so does every other fast food place. There was a Subway employee outside washing the windows with clouds and rain. He could have been inside providing customer service. I have been there many times were they only have 1 employee serving walkin and online customers. I know Liberty and Dayton are owned by the same owners, but I will be trying Dayton to see if they value customer service more and handle more customers with more employees.How about paving the parking lot?

You all need to hire someone to help the elderly ladies during busy hours, like lunchtime, or make a shift change. Waiting about 10 minutes till i got someone to attend me and their was only 2 persons infront of me. Witnessed 3 people walk out because of the slow service.

They never make the tea because they are lazy! Tell you they are out of stuff because they are lazy! It's ridiculous ? I'll drive down to the Hardin subway before I ever go in there
