This is honestly the only Taco Bell I like to eat at. They always get my order right. Always fill my burritos correctly. Food always tastes good. Unlike the one close to my house that cheats portion sizes and water downs the cheese sauce. This place does it right and because they do I eat here at least once a week.

Went to counter to order. Order-taker advised me I must order from the machine., and turned and walked away.After which I did the same and went to Whataburger where the were friendly and happy to take my order in person.Guess where I will go in the future? ?

Their stores always clean, there's always somebody to help you at the counter if kiosk isn't available, but there's usually a kiosk available, as soon as you order your food your food is almost instantly ready.McDonald's in Whataburger never have anyone on the counter. You could wait for hours trying to get food over there! Lol.This place is a polar opposite, the people here are friendly, and professional with a goal of perfection and real customer satisfaction that shows.

Best taco bell from Katy to Houston to Kingwood to Galveston to Liberty. They know what cheese is. Drive through girl was so friendly.
I will forever remember this day! The day that Taco Bell got everything 100% spot on correct! I remember it it like it was 20 minutes ago. We placed an online order. I pulled up. They greeted me. I told them my name name. The lady said please pull around. Waited maybe 3 minutes at best. She hands me the bag as I ask if I can get some hot sauce. And she kindly replies with, its already in the bag. I say great! Thank you, have a great night. And she responded in kind. So everything is going perfect so far. From order to fulfillment. But alas! We have yet to see the product. And I apologize for not having any pictures. But let me tell you. It was PERFECT! Everything was just perfect! Portions of meat and vegetables and the soft and crunchy taco shells were spot on. Who ever was working tonight. I really really appreciate it. From the service to the quality. You guys did an amazing and professional job.

The past several months, it seems as if nothing but high schoolers run the place, and they definitely don't know what they're doing. I think there might be some new people finally because after not going back there for 4 months, I tried it again and now the people there are actually friendly, seem awake and coherent and the food taste better.
