From the stafff to the food, Peublos is my go to when I am in liberty. The staff repeatedly will check on you & make sure you have what you need. I am not a person who likes to chase down a waiter/waitress for something. I'm greatful I do not have too here, and food & drinks are amazing. Nice, clean, fun restaurant!

Our waiter was Alex. He was wonderful and this review isn't about him. This review is about a waitress named Lilliana who was listed as out waitress on the receipt and was also going to get the tip. She did absolutely nothing for us except to argue with me about what I ordered (she was very rude and totally out of line). I ordered the Vaquero with cheese enchiladas. I was brought chicken enchiladas. My brother ordered the Acapulco dinner which was cheese and shrimp enchiladas. He was also brought chicken enchiladas. His was taken back immediately. My correct order was eventually brought to me. Then when we were brought the bill there were charges for the chicken enchiladas. I had that bill voided and a new one with the correct charges was made. I also gave her zero tip because she did nothing for us except argue with me repeatedly about my order. I gave Alex a cash tip. If you get her as your waitress be aware of your bill.

Thank you Pueblo's Tex Mex to come to Liberty, we werw waiting to have an excellent food here, as well to be sestting al the Palapa makes me fill to be in Puerto Vallarta.

We really wanted to like this place, because then we would have two places that were decent in Liberty for Mexican food but after visiting this week, I cannot recommend this place to anyone at all! The food was very bland, they give you less than a serving spoon full of rice, and they charge $4 for each soda (non alcoholic), which is absolutely ridiculous! We sat inside, and there were flies everywhere inside the restaurant and around everyone's tables. I had to keep a constant watch on my hot plate while I was eating my cold plate, because I had to keep shooing flies away from it. We have had to learn to accept less than great Mexican food here in Liberty, but this place is really bad!
