I placed an order and waited patiently, only to see other customers who arrived well after me receive their food first. When I asked about my order, I was told it hadn’t even been started yet. I ended up canceling and leaving without getting anything. Very disappointing and extremely poor service. Will never go back again.

It's usually great there the lady thats usually there is really nice, but my most recent visit this guy in a snapback was taking orders and everything that was great about it was gone. He put yellow american cheese in the quesadilla which made it taste like a hamburger. For whatever reason the price increased $8!! And i couldn't help but notice he adds his own tip onto the bill and i wouldn't mind that part if the service or even the food was good. He's making yall look bad, maybe have someone look over him while at work. I will be returning one more time and if nothing changes i will not be returning to the establishment. Oh one more thing he lied about how much it was going to be saying it will be $30 which i knew was wrong cause i only spent $23 last time on the same exact thing. After bringing this to his attention he relooked the prices and said the quesadilla is $12 each. So that equals out to $24 before tax. Tax brought it to about $28 and then his added tip for himself brought it to $34. Tacos jalisco is the #1 pick in the area without a doubt.
