Really disappointed in my visit today. My fried rice looked & tasted VERY old. My sushi rolls were rolled very poorly & the fish was fresh but room temp.

I never thought that little Liberty Texas would ever get a decent sushi spot, but here we are. You definitely wanna go here. The owner, Asia, (yes, it's his real name) is very friendly and will visit your table and drink with you if it's not busy. JD Special, spicy tuna, and jalapeno crazy are must tries. You wanna start with a kani salad, ponzu not mayo. Avoid the Japanese lasagna. It's the single blemish on an otherwise perfect small town menu.
