I never thought that little Liberty Texas would ever get a decent sushi spot, but here we are. You definitely wanna go here. The owner, Asia, (yes, it's his real name) is very friendly and will visit your table and drink with you if it's not busy. JD Special, spicy tuna, and jalapeno crazy are must tries. You wanna start with a kani salad, ponzu not mayo. Avoid the Japanese lasagna. It's the single blemish on an otherwise perfect small town menu.

I've eaten here for almost a year. I've never gotten sick, never had a bad dish, and all the employees are friendly and do a good job. It's the best sushi you'll find in Liberty
