The absolute WORST customer service I’ve encountered in a VERY long time. Placed my order at 7:12, my sister placed her order at the same time. Pulled into the drive thru at about 7:20 and my app said it was ready. She told me she was not giving me my order that I needed to come in and I told her I was unable to as I had my young child in the car. Everywhere else just hands me my food through the drive thru. She told me to come back in 10 minutes because my order wasn’t ready....read full review
Employee barely knows the menu. Whole place looks disgusting. Employee was standing behind the register on her phone. I told her that all of the tables were dirty. She had a small argument with me trying to tell me the tables weren’t dirty, when they are. The chairs are also dirty, floors look disgusting.
Don’t waste your money.
I went to this location tonight and asked if my food could be made fresh. Mind you I only ordered a k2 on the menu but the chicken that was being presented didn’t look to promising so I asked if they can make my chicken fresh. The manager and I repeat the MANAGER stated “I’m not cooking fresh just to pieces of chicken “ OMG what kind of customer service is this.
