Ordered on the app at a table inside, thinking the order would be delivered. 30 mins went by before I realized I had to go get the food. The order was incomplete, and then it took another 10 mins before someone came up to help me at the register.

This is an excellently run franchise. I don't know who the franchisees are, but they've done a fantastic job- hiring and training. Spotless, not sticky, never chaotic and great customer service. I could give 5 stars based purely on the ice cream machine being in operation, but the way it's run is fantastic.

We order here a lot, and I know that humans make mistakes, and that's ok, but when we order a large fry and get 16 fries in it, that's not a good look, they often mess up my order, but other than that it pretty all right.

The Drive-thru is awful! One person taking the order for both lines frequently happens. When they do this they will skip the outside line and take more orders on the inside line. This is a popular McDonald's because of the location but the service and speed is horrible.

Came in this morning and got an entirely wrong order and didn't have time to go back my coffee was supposed to be a medium and I got a small I looked at it and before I could say anything the guy that gave it to me told me it was a medium lol then I ordered a #2 sausage egg McMuffin and got no sausage or hash brown with the meal. Very frustrating.

I don't understand why this location has the worst service possible. The wait times are always ridiculous and on top of the long wait times, the order is almost always wrong. Not to mention the over priced food. Each time I fool myself into thinking that things will be different but this is definitely the last time I will stop at this location.

Ordered through Door Dash and when I got my hotcakes they were so hard it broke the knife and fork yes they are plastic but I don't believe they are suppose to snap that way. I might keep the hotcakes and use as frisbee at a dog park.

Update from 3/4. Made an online order , arrived only to be told unless I was an Uber or Door dash they would not take my online order. Wasted a lot of time waiting in line and they were no help in canceling the order. AVOID this place, it's the worst McDonald's I've ever been to..........Out of strawberries, out of fudge chocolate, out of smoothies tonight. Got a mcfluryy and they didn't bother to mix it and the other item they handed me was all sticky after initially handing me the wrong item. The lines are extremely long at night and service is super slow, and one time several visited ago the staff was goofing off at the window until someone yelled at him to go home. This place is a disaster at night and needs management.......I gave them another try tonight about a year later. They didn't know my order when I got to the window. Had to recite the items in the mobile order. They forgot all the sauces in the bag. Another failure still avoid this place.
