If this was the only McDonald’s in existence this company would go out of business in a day. Too many times where I order my food they tell me to wait n then I’m sitting there waiting as other cars are getting there’s and going. It feels like discrimination.From an employee stand point it’s just as bad. The first question I was asked in my interview was if I can work weekends. Of the McDonald's this is the least consistent I have been to. 50% of the time the food is horrible and tastes like it has sat for hours. The other 50 it's not bad.The service is usually decent but on this last trip we did an order ahead and they cancelled it so we had to reorder again. The cashier acted like we never ordered but we could see it in the app and see it was cancelled by the store.In short this is our last resort McDonald's.

Multiple instances of poor service over our last few visits and today made it evident this location is not changing for the better. Employees are not welcoming and it feels like you are a bother as a customer.Orders have been missing items or incorrect on our last orders and today was no different as we received less nuggets in the happy meal than we purchased. It’s evident the management and employees here don’t care about service and customer satisfaction. Will not be returning.
