Ordered a pizza with my buddy, and when we picked it up, the order was wrong. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the staff chose to argue with us. The manager on duty didn't seem to know how to handle the situation or make any effort to find common ground or provide a reasonable solution. Mistakes happen, but good customer service is how they're handled. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing, and based on how we were treated, I wouldn't recommend this pizza establishment to anyone.

When you order bread buds but get undercooked bread covered in butter and buried in parm cheese. Thankfully I was able to make it edible so I had something to eat, the guy on the phone stated that they wouldn't remake the order if I brought it back because it was delivered.

When they say its the crust it is actually the crust! I was so happy to move back to a location with a Mr. JIMS because it is the only pizza place consistently good! My go to is usually the Beddar Chedder Husband quotes: now this is pizza I remember tasting And I literally do not exaggerate here at all when I say it is the best.

I've always love Mr Jim's pizza, they don't skimp on the toppings and the staff and friendly and amicable. Only issue and I honestly consider it a minor one in the store front it's a little small and warm. But you don't spend a lot of time in there since the staff are so quick to provide your order.

Delivery is hit and miss. Driver dropped order on porch and was room temperature when we discovered. As an added bones pizza cooked unevenly. Time to find a better place.
I Love Mr. Jim’s so much I recommend it to all my friends. They have the best pizza I always get just the basic pepperoni pizza and it is absolutely delicious. I also adore their cinnamon sticks. They are so soft and warm. #lovemrjim’s

I wanted to like Mr. Jim’s, but unfortunately, my experience was not great. When I first called, the person who answered the phone was very unprofessional, which was already a red flag. Still, I gave it a shot and placed my order.
When I got the pizza, I was even more disappointed. The crust was extremely burnt, and the texture of both the crust and the toppings just didn’t taste fresh or well-prepared. It lacked the quality I expected from a pizza place.
Overall, between the poor customer service and the burnt, low-quality pizza, I don’t see myself returning anytime soon.
