Update! After posting my original review I received an email from the owner of this location. They offered a coupon code and promised to talk to their staff about how to prepare the GF pizza crust. We ordered pizza tonight and the GF crust was much better! We love eating local! Thank you Mr. Jims!We have loved this Mr. Jim’s location. We especially loved their gluten-free pizza crust they have had for a while. It was the best locally! The last couple of times we’ve ordered GF pizza the crust has been horrible. It’s so thin with no taste :-(Has there been a change to the GF pizza crust??Dietary restrictions: They offer a gluten free pizza option, and a crustless pizza bowl.

This was my first time trying out Mr Jim's Pizza and I wasn't too impressed. If you love more cheese than crust then yes this is your place. I would recommend getting the pizza well done to help assist with the crust being able to hold that amount of cheese. When I took the cheese pizza from the box all the cheese fell off. I took my order back and the team was very polite and remade the order. When they remade the meat lovers pizza they shorted the toppings and didn't add the seasoned crust back on the pizza. Pics from this review were undercooked.

Kris, the owner, is extremely polite and has excellent customer service skills. The pizza was delicious and you can definitely taste the quality in the ingredients that they use. The crust was cooked perfectly, and I am super picky about crust. Will definitely be returning!

I ordered pizza and a 2 liter of Diet Coke yesterday (9/22/23) I thought the Diet Coke tasted weird, but didn’t think too much about it. Today, after pouring some and it tasting off again, I decided to look at the date. It states “Jun1523”.I called the store to let them know and she tells me that it’s the bottled dateS I know that’s not true. Every consumer needs to be able to see the expiration date and or sell by date. I looked it up, I’m right. This is the sell by date. She also stated that they are good for 2 years. That is also inaccurate. For regular soda, they’re good for 9 months and for Diet drinks, they’re good for 3 months. Which makes sense as to why this doesn’t taste right. We’ve been ordering Mr Jim’s pizza recently, but I might be looking elsewhere now. I’m bummed. Oh well.

Mr Jim's is the best pizza in town. My food is always nice and hot and fresh. My favorite is the cauliflower pizza they have since it is a healthier option for me when I still want pizza. The people that work here always take care of me and have heard of many stories of them going above and beyond for customers. They are usually one of the only food vendors also when there are event's at the lake.

Wanted to try Mr.Jim’s again since we haven’t had in in years. Was excited to try after seeing the great reviews. Unfortunately our experience wasn’t good since the pizza was EXTREMELY greasy, soft and doughy. We threw most of it away.

Mr Jim's had a large order for a company birthday party today. As I understand it, the entire city lost gas service so they weren't able to cook our order. They went above and beyond going to a competitor that was still up and running to make sure they could provide our order no matter what.
