Food is so important to the overall success of a wedding. Guests that are well-fed with
delicious food are happy guests. In our case, selecting the right vendor was complicated by
the fact that it was a blended wedding with many attendees who had never eaten Indian/
Gujarati food before. It is even more difficult to find a caterer who prepares a Gujarati menu
