I have always liked schlotzskys food and this location was also good. What i want to comment on is the service and staff. When we went today and ordered the food and sat down to wait..and wait and wait I decided to ask after 20 min if it normally takes this long for the food and of course the nice lady who took our order said no and went to check. She came back and said they had not even started our order at which time I definitely got upset and asked for a refund. The manager...

This location has always had great fresh food. During probably the past five visits I have asked for extra crispy bread on my sandwich and it never was until I talked to Kenzie and she made it happen! Thanks Kenzie!

We recently came here just to try their famous cinnamon buns, unfortunately there were a few drawbacks to my experience. The cinnamon buns themselves were flavorful and had a nice texture, but I was disappointed that they were served cold.

Additionally, I found the pricing to be on the higher side, considering the portion size and temperature of the buns. I believe that for the price paid, customers should receive freshly baked and warm cinnamon buns to fully...
