“Delicious bingsu! I actually prefer Korean shaved ice to American shaved ice because their shaved ice has milk which makes it smoother and less icy. And also because their toppings like matcha, black sesame, mochi, fruits, nuts, etc. feel more boujee and less unhealthy.
We had the Black Sesame Bings with mochi, red bean, almonds, and what I believe was dried jujube, which were all great.
Also, FYI, these bingsoo are huge and typically for at least two people.“
