We live down the block and we have had to drive to the other sonic if we want sonic food. This sonic just does not care at all, food is just bad, shakes suck, they do not mix them or put enough treats in them. It is like they just do not care at all. Stay away from this sonic

Since I've moved here I've realized this particular location is one of those places who are weird about condiments. If I try to get my condiments on the side, they just leave them out. If I want mozzarella sticks they leave out the marinara.. what is the deal??

I have been going to sonic for over 20 years and I have never had bad food come out like this I also don't show to this location often for a reason.To start this off the car hop kids are good and don't deserve any back lash they did their job and I gave mine his tip in cash 5$.Going forward my lack of beef is with the kitchen person. No joke my chilly cheese tots was supposed to have extra extra chilli cheese it's a staple I get regularly and I know what it's supposed to look like, I used to make them in the kitchen the photo is normal Chile cheese totsAs for the BBQ chicken tendies, like come on these babies are supposed to be coated head to toe in sauce its not. my job to roll them in the plastic tray to get some BBQ on them it's the cooks job to make sure they are head to to covered.A little upsetting because after driving 30minutes to get food and waiting another 45 for food with and 9 people ahead of me I figured the easiest thing to make would not get messed up

Service was horrific. We just waited over 20 minutes at Sonic with no apologies or updates from the carhops while others around us who placed orders after us got their orders ahead of ours.After 15 minutes had gone by (and status showed my order should have been on the way for a few minutes) I went up the door to ask about the status of our order. The carhop at the door just replied “I don’t know” and went about filling other orders and never followed up with an update!When our food finally arrived, my wife’s milkshake had melted so much that the cherry was near the bottom of the shake!!Will never be coming to this location again.

It shouldn't take twenty minutes to get food. As a fast food manager myself I understand if something went wrong or they are understaffed but this is UNACCEPTABLE. Step the game up!!

This is by far the worst Sonic I've ever been to.Within an hour after eating our food, we got violently sick. Good luck calling the manager to advise them about the issue...number goes to voice-mail and voice-mail is full. I think the health department needs to pay Sonic in Little Elm a visit.?

It's probably one of the last times I come here. We spent 32 dollars for food and when I asked why I had no ice in my tea, the girl said it melted. I asked if she could please get me a small cup of ice and she replied we charge for that. I guess I am enjoying a hot tea while it's 87 degrees
