I have been going to sonic for over 20 years and I have never had bad food come out like this I also don't show to this location often for a reason.To start this off the car hop kids are good and don't deserve any back lash they did their job and I gave mine his tip in cash 5$.Going forward my lack of beef is with the kitchen person. This left much to be desired. The customer service was subpar, with long wait times and unhelpful staff. The facility was poorly maintained, and the prices were higher compared to the quality of service provided.

Since I've moved here I've realized this particular location is one of those places who are weird about condiments. If I try to get my condiments on the side, they just leave them out. If I want mozzarella sticks they leave out the marinara.. what is the deal??
