Went there on 12/8 around four thirty - five and tried to order a hot chocolate and a white chocolate mocha. While ordering the lady taking my order was not the nicest to say the least, and made me repeat my order which is completely okay but didn’t read it back and looked very confused on what to press. Then I did not get the chance to have a receipt because she moved on right away. She then proceeded to talk to a worker from Kroger and started talking crap about other employees while still looking confused on how to make such drinks. After finally receiving the drinks I had to go check out and wait to get in the car to drink them so it was too late to bring it back, but they both said hot chocolate. I wouldn’t be too mad if they both were actually hot chocolate but one was just warmed up milk with random brown chunks in it, it tastes like a liquid gingerbread man which is not what I was expecting at all. To say the least I am very disappointed in this because I usually love Starbucks and get the white chocolate mocha all the time. Wish it could’ve been better.

I love starbucks, and I normally go in the morning to this location, but this time I've been wating for at least 10 min. And the lady (shuna), she just look at me and didn't say nothing, not even one moment please, I understand she is the only one, but they need to be more nice please!!!!

Never have anything in stock. Employees are always overworked and running around like chickens with their heads cut off and under a lot of stress and never look happy. How can a coffee place be out of every cream and every milk? Like seriously? This can easily be fixed by hiring more staff to keep up with the workload, or by replacing the person in charge of ordering and managing things, because they are doing a bad job. I know Starbucks is a multi billion dollar corporate company that doesnt give a crap anout their employees, but they need to do better for their employees. I don't like going in there and seeing everyone so stressed out. It's a coffee shop....

Unfriendly staff. Me and my husband came for a pick me up to get us through until night and the barista said “I can only make one drink because I close in 5 minutes” gave us a straw that was unfortunately broken and said “have an amazing rest of y’all’s life”. Weird final statement to make to someone you’re trying to get to return.

Jamal is excellent. He is professional, compassionate, and understanding. The coffee machine broke down right after I ordered and he went through great lengths to get me my refund because it was just a few minutes from closing. He even stayed after his shift and waited in line to help me out. It's customer service like this that keeps us coming back! 5 stars! Thanks Jamal!!

The barista that is usually working here makes the best vanilla sweet cream cold brew ?. Every other starbucks I go to does not make it sweet enough, and I'm always disappointed. I'm never disappointed here.

The last two times I have ordered ahead with the app. Both times my orders were more than 15 minutes late. The baristas didn’t acknowledge that I was waiting. I had to wave my arms to get any attention. They were not busy, it was 4pm. Neither time was I apologized to, and it made me late having to wait for them to get my order a second time. Very disappointing bc I’ve gone there for awhile now.
