I’m not sure who the owner is here. But you need to hire new people. Stood at the counter for almost 10min waiting on someone. Nobody ever came out. Food was left out on the counter and all the food prep stations were filthy.

I eat a lot of Subway in a lot of places. 1 st time here. Very annal rural town. Staff was friendly and efficient. Wish they would bring back spicy mustard. Also, miss a couple of bread they quit offering. Still get by nicely.

Ordered online at 7:45, got a message at 8:05 that it was ready. Got there at 8:06, had to wait til 8:30 to get my food. They served several people who had come in after me before finishing my order. Management needs to have more people assigned during busy hours and train employees how to manage online orders and in-house customers effectively.

This is almost comedic at this point. I’ve been to this store 3 time over the past 2 months and all 3 times I’ve been they’ve been out of ALOT of stuff and the only bread choices “during lunch” was white and wheat. The sandwiches are alway good though even though they’re not on the bread I want lol , They literally hold a side bar conversation and complain about stuff and it’s just an over all bad vibe, you almost feel like you’re interrupting something. Anyways my main complaint is about the bread I mean COME’ON SUBWAY DO BETTER

I want to say the sandwich was ok, but, it was a strange visit. They had fresh wheat rolls, but, couldn't sell them? You can no longer see the meat and cheese tubs through the glass. I like to see what I'm getting. The Ice machine was broken, but, I was offered sone ice from a bag They had in the freezer. She came back with a quarter cup of cubes...which melted when I put the room temp tea in it. The young lady who made my sandwich was nice, but, seemed down. Apparently, she was supposed to be off already, but, just had another three hours added to her shift. So, the food was good. There was just a weird vibe.
