EL ENCANTO

Amazing food! I'm not exaggerating when I say it taste like Mexico food. I mean authentic Mexican food! I'm from Mexico and lived in Mexico so I know when it's exactly like my hometown and this is it! Other cities near by have mexican food but they are a joke when they say it's authentic so I'm so freaken glad we found this place. This unassuming taco truck is a hidden gem in the little town of Academy, TX.We had family in town and wanted to try someplace new to us and we were so happy to find El Encanto. The service there was truly enchanting! I was craving buche and tripas tacos but to my dismay it wasn't listed on the menu but the people there were so kind and made them for me anyway! Very delicious burger and fries at a price nowhere else can beat!!! Beef patty came out sizzling hot bursting with lots of flavor sitting on a texas size seeded bun that will satisfy any appetite. Plenty of toppings, too. Love their food!!!!!! Keep it up!!!!!
