Nopalitos is a family-owned restaurant with a roomy and comfortable remodel. The flavors of the fajitas, chile relleno, and enchiladas are always spot on. The burger with fries was really good, and the beef enchiladas reminded one reviewer of their grandma's cooking. After a long wait, the place is finally open again, now much bigger and with a fast-casual change that seems to be working well. The regular items are just as good as remembered, making it a highly recommended dining spot.
