We like Jim's Restaurant. Like everywhere else, the prices have risen, and shrinkflation is obvious, but the daily specials are still a decent price. Also, their pies are very good.
The food isn't exactly how it used to be. The onion rings haven't changed which is definitely appreciated and the reason I give it stars. Everything else was a bit salty, but the service was also great. She was a pleasant waitress.
I came back to Jim's after 12 years, since it was my last evening in San Antonio, I ordered the steak, chicken and fried okra that I liked from the menu. I would like to thank the beautiful female staff for their attention and service.
