Worst experience ever! Hostess kept sitting parties of 5 over our party of 10; all while she was waiting on 1 specific table to sit us there, after we mentioned that it did not have to be that table, it could have been where ever else as long as we were next to each other. There were plenty of opportunities for her to sit us at available tables and she never did. Even after speaking to the manager it was no consolation all she can say is sorry - what a waste of our time - what makes it worse is that they acted as if they did not care that we had been waiting for an hour!! It’s crazy how bad customer service has gotten in places these days. No attempts to even look what can be done by hostess or manager- do they not teach customer service at restaurants anymore??

This is by far the WORST Olive Garden I've ever been to. They ran out of Angel hair and Rigatoni, only telling us halfway through waiting and eating. Then the manager did nothing about it and we wouldn't have gotten any compensation until someone at my table said something. Manager very unhappily comped a dessert. Horrible manager.

They were having some kind of issues in the kitchen tonight or something because we waited over an hour to get cold/burnt food! One of the soups never made it to the table (apparently they were waiting for the vegetables to be pulled out of the ground to make it) we had to flag down the server just to get refills which took another 10 minutes and every time he came back he kept giving excuse on why the food was taking so long. The other tables around us were also having issues and given the same excuses so it was either the server having a bad night or the kitchen staff messing everything up. And when the manager finally came to the table she didn't really care about our concerns! We were there to celebrate a birthday and ended up leaving very dissatisfied and disappointed. Tonight's visit might be our last, food is too expensive to have orders messed up and have terrible service!

Waitress took awhile to approach us. Our food was cold and when we sent it back the pasta was chewy and half of it was stuck to plate. We had not been to Olive garden in awhile, unfortunately we will never return. For the food and service it was definitely not worth it. Hopefully they will take the reviews into consideration and make improvements.

I went there and my waitress Rosie was extremely professional and so sweet she was there every time that I needed something I didn't have to look for, while she was taking care of her other tables and still satisfied every need just a very polite and very professional young woman Olive garden definitely needs more waiters and waitresses like

When I go in and pick up my to go order, I always order an iced caramel coffee. It is THE BEST in town. The ladies are always friendly and so sweet. I love seeing their smiling, sweet faces.

Beautiful restaurant, awesome staff 👍
I always order the chicken and shrimp carbonara (always).
I know exactly how it comes out of the kitchen and how it's supposed to look and taste.
Unfortunately, this time, our food was inedible.
There was so much grease and butter in the sauce that our noodles were drowning in it.
Very disappointed 😞
