Not one person was wearing ear buds. Thank you. The employees were attentive to the customers. Our waiter, Cornel, was great. He either loves his job or has a great work ethic. Probably both. If you eat here request Cornel.

Brought the family in for my youngest’s birthday & we had a wonderful time thanks to Nia. She was so attentive & brought refills of drinks, bread, salad, & soup without being prompted & her personality was so bright that we hope she will be here to take care of us next time! Thank you for a great night out, Nia!

This restaurant has quality control issues and careless cooks! I found plastic in one of my meatballs! Despite their apologies and their refusal to charge my mother-in-law for the meal and giving me a takeout, this was an unpleasant experience, as I couldn't eat and was left with nausea and an upset stomach. What a horrible situation!

Greetings staff is rude, offered the bar to eat and sat there ignored for 10 minutes. No one there at the bar to even help. No other employee around asked or offered to help us.
This location is absolutely the wrost location. You’re better off at the san marcos location.

Good food and excellent service! Prices are a bit high though. Our server went above and beyond which made our visit really nice.

At first, we tried to be understanding since our server had a large party, but things quickly went downhill. We had to ask for our salads, and our appetizer took over 30 minutes—only to be messed up. Once the big party left, our service somehow got worse. The server would ask if we needed something, say “okay,” and then forget—only to come back and ask again. It even took 20 minutes just to get one drink, and by then, we were his only table.

He was quick to grab our card for the check, but never brought our to-go drinks. We waited another 15 minutes and still got nothing. On top of that, none of the servers seemed to be paying attention to where they were walking—I was bumped into three times, even after trying to move out of their way.

The worst part? In the parking lot, one of the servers nearly ran my spouse over because they weren’t paying attention. Another server saw the whole thing! That’s beyond unacceptable.

Not only did we waste our time and money on terrible service, but we also had to deal with unsafe staff behavior outside. We will not be returning, and I truly hope management takes this seriously—both with service training and with safety in the parking lot.

DO BETTER!!

Hannah was very good server. I give her a hard time (out of fun) and she snapped good come backs without one once of rude. Amazing service from her.

I had never been to Olive Garden before. This was my first and last time. My mother and I had lunch. The minestrone soup and salad. Wow, I couldn't believe how bad it was.

Minestrone soup tasted like it came from a can. I don't know. Maybe they make it fresh in the morning or night before, but it sure didn't taste like it.

The salad? Unbelievable:
Iceberg lettuce
Tasteless black olives
Decent tomato slices
The dressing tasted like that very cheap Italian dressing in plastic bottles with generic labeling that you see at Walmart or HEB. Full of preservatives. Like it's been sitting on the shelf for decades. Gross.

They could at least use Romaine or spinach or some other higher grade lettuce.

They could at least have balsamic vinegar and olive oil on the table.

The atmosphere: the smell was like decades of mildew, faint urine-like smell , probably from the carpets and upholstery never receiving a deep steam clean.

Are all olive Gardens like this? I don't know but I won't be finding out.
