I ordered breakfast to be delivered 1 mile from the store and it arrived cold. A breakfast sandwich doesn’t get cold and stale in the few minutes it should have taken to drive 1 mile.

Worst and slowest Starbucks in the state. They are so slow and rude here. The staff ignores you and the drive thru window is the all time slowest. I got stuck in between cars and had to wait 15 minutes. Unacceptable. Terrible store.

Walked in and there was 3 tables in the dining room, no one waiting, and 8 cars in drive through. We placed our order. 5 min later an order came out in the counter for Drafter, and ours was Joshua. I checked the order and it was not for the latte I had ordered. So we waited. At 15 min mark I went to rhe car and my wife went to get a refund. They told her the order for drafter was ours. I had to go back in the store and return the drinks, which they made incorrectly, and get our 15 bucks cash back. So we paid a $2 tip to wait 15 min for nothing.

We ordered in the drive thru around 9am on March 10th 2024 and everything was just fine but as soon as we pull up to the window this lady completely ignores us. We ask “are we able to scan our points?” And she still ignores us, she then suddenly hears us and says “it’s too late but I can give you a receipt.” So we say that’s fine and then she gives us our lemon loafs still in the plastic packaging?? Even though we never asked for that. She then hands us our drinks and doesn’t even give us our receipt. This was very disappointing because usually they’re supposed to ask if we have the app. The service just seemed like pure laziness.

I ordered on uber getting the lavender drink but they gave me vanilla bean instead, i called and they said the worker forgot to add lavender and couldnt refund me, and told me come by get another drink but the my first time wanting to try it and they ruined it for me. The only reason i had to order here is because the one on walzem was closed.

I was having such a bad morning and I went to this location after a different location messed up my drink (by accident) so I just went to buy myself a new one at a location I’m familiar with. When I walked in Shay immediately interacted with me instantly improving my morning. Not only did they make my drink perfectly but they made me feel 100% better by the time I was leaving the location is clean, Everybody is kind, and I just wanted to take a moment to write a review to let other people know that the Starbucks on Pat booker road in Live Oak is a great location to go to to get your drink made right and to have friendly and fast service. Thank you Shay! You da best. If you already didn’t have a job, I’d hire you to work for me you you have a great customer service skills.

This ‘was’ always my go too Starbucks. But lately not so much. . . The last few times Ive come here, I have the same issues : 1. My coffee is about 3/4 filled (I don’t get whip cream or anything added) 2. I pretty much always get the bacon Gouda sandwich or egg white bites. The sandwich is never together, like it slides apart or they legit just toss it in the bag & then it’s stuck to the bag. The egg whites - I never get a fork & again, they’re just toppled on each other.This last visit, I just got a green tea w extra pumps of the honey blend, I had no honey . . .It’s unfortunate bc the staff has always been super friendly, but that doesn’t make up for the amount of money spent here to get jipped & have my food served as is it :(
