Absolutely not. My niece and nephew wanted some cookies this morning so I ordered a dozen via UberEats. When the cookies arrived, the bag was sealed. But when I opened the bag, I quickly noticed that one box of cookies was open and had a receipt stuffed into it and one of the cookies was half missing as if someone ate the other half. The other box of cookies was a box of nearly raw cookies, flat as pancakes and they were all stuck to each other. Whoever packaged the cookies was definitely angry. I guess they weren't happy that they had to bake a new batch in the morning, but if it's such a problem they could've just let UberEats know and it would've canceled at least half the order.
Don't eat here. God knows what they do to other peoples food.

She then said she didn’t want us to think she was ignoring us BUT she had an online she had to make first. My husband & I are in our 60’s and she kept calling us hun!! Did not care for that at all! Then a gentleman walked in & again it was all about the hun!! Hun did you do this? Hun did you need this? Our bowls were not filled much and the amount of meat was scarce.Looked like a level tablespoon of turkey & roast beef. Not much that’s for sure!! We would have been better off by ordering the sandwich & ditching the bread!! She charged us $18 something. No drinks no chips! Rude employee!! No customers relations at all!! Would not recommend!!
Dietary restrictions: Husband & I live a ketogenic lifestyle. We adjust by not ordering the bread. Would love for your low carb bread to come to Texas!!!!

First let me start by saying we wasn’t even greeted and the three people working were just there like if they didn’t want to be there. They were very inexperienced about what type of cheese they stock for one and the female that was putting our sandwiches together seemed very rude she was tossing the salt & pepper containers and was just throwing the topping on our sandwiches l. Also we always get our sandwiches toasted and they all seemed to be overcooked. We will not be going there anymore if this is how subway is conducting business I will not contribute to it.

Mangers at this store left this poor girl to fend for herself.. fantastic job on her part.. superwoman ♂️.. Running a subway alone is not cool. I got my sandwich made perfect and with a smile... she needed backup for the flow of the store.. accepting packages while trying to wait on a line of customers.. if I had my way.. it would have been her last day.. I would have hired on the spot for more money.. thank you.. but I don't know if I can handle another visit..
This review is of visits from March- June 2024.This location, on Toepperwein across from the hospital, is in need of a lot of help. We frequented this location only because of location and convenience. We've had things go so wrong here that they have comped all food. The "manager" is on her cell phone 98% of the time, even when her employees are clearly "in the weeds". The employees are apathetic. They never smile, their voices are monotone, they are clearly unhappy. The quality and availability of the food has gone downhill. On our last visit alone they were out of 2 kinds of rolls, mozzarella cheese- which we were told is permanently discontinued, and the new cookie AND pretzel sticks.The pop machine continually had dust and mold, tables weren't wiped off. You're probably thinking the employees must have been too busy, it wasn't. We've never seen more than 4 customers at a given time, most of whom take their orders to go.This could be a good little place, location is perfect, but someone higher up needs to get their eyes on how business is done here.Good luck!

We came in tonight Sunday May 26 and it was not a good experience. The girl taking our orders was so rude and unfriendly. I felt like we did something wrong the entire time because she had so much attitude. On top of that I asked for double meat and it was 100% not double meat. The cheese was also only on one half of the footlong AND they did not cut my sandwich. Will not be coming back to this location again. We will stick to the nacogdoches one.

We visited today at 5: 55 went to the subway to order food and the kid that served us he was an absolute jerk! We were behind two other people and when he got to us to get our order he just looked at us. He did not greet us we had to start the conversation and then we proceeded to order he repeated what we said and my husband said yes and then we asked for salt and pepper he said we have no pepper just salt? Seriously how can a business run out of pepper! Any how can we will not be going there again I will make the drive to whataburger up the street!!! I do not recommend this subway to anyone and I’m going to spread the word.
