Went for a to go lunch order today and while the employee was really nice, I was surprised after getting home that half of the bread length wise was so stale I couldn't even bite into the bread. It resulted in the worst sandwhich I've ever been served. Had the sandwhich been made with fresh bread, it would have been 5 stars all around. But since there is no way the employee didn't know this bread was older than earth itself, it brings those first 2 down to 1. Atmosphere was what you'd expect from subway.

Absolutely not. My niece and nephew wanted some cookies this morning so I ordered a dozen via UberEats. When the cookies arrived, the bag was sealed. But when I opened the bag, I quickly noticed that one box of cookies was open and had a receipt stuffed into it and one of the cookies was half missing as if someone ate the other half. The other box of cookies was a box of nearly raw cookies, flat as pancakes and they were all stuck to each other. Whoever packaged the cookies was definitely angry. I guess they weren't happy that they had to bake a new batch in the morning, but if it's such a problem they could've just let UberEats know and it would've canceled at least half the order.

Don't eat here. God knows what they do to other peoples food.

We have a loved one in the hospital and needed to grab a quick bite to eat. We walked into the Subway right across from the hospital and the employee was chewing whatever bite she just took. She didn’t greet us and it was just her & my husband & I. After looking at the menu I asked if Subway sold a sub in a tub? She was like what? I then explained to her that we couldn’t eat bread but would like all the fixing of the sandwich in a bowl. We ordered the Club Sandwiches in a bowl. She then said she didn’t want us to think she was ignoring us BUT she had an online she had to make first. My husband & I are in our 60’s and she kept calling us hun!! Did not care for that at all! Then a gentleman walked in & again it was all about the hun!! Hun did you do this? Hun did you need this? Our bowls were not filled much and the amount of meat was scarce.Looked like a level tablespoon of turkey & roast beef. Not much that’s for sure!! We would have been better off by ordering the sandwich & ditching the bread!! She charged us $18 something. No drinks no chips! Rude employee!! No customers relations at all!! Would not recommend!!

Dietary restrictions: Husband & I live a ketogenic lifestyle. We adjust by not ordering the bread. Would love for your low carb bread to come to Texas!!!!

Nice location , and friendly staff guy and girl working the lunch shift were super sweet . Only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because they have employees working in the heat because the ac is out . Please fix asap this is terrible for them .

First let me start by saying we wasn’t even greeted and the three people working were just there like if they didn’t want to be there. They were very inexperienced about what type of cheese they stock for one and the female that was putting our sandwiches together seemed very rude she was tossing the salt & pepper containers and was just throwing the topping on our sandwiches l. Also we always get our sandwiches toasted and they all seemed to be overcooked. We will not be going there anymore if this is how subway is conducting business I will not contribute to it.
