“The only regret I have is not living closer so I can be here more often! Before I even ordered food, the service was impeccable. My card was compromised at 5am Sunday and although I opted to wait until Monday morning to deal with it, the bank put a hold on my account, rightfully so. They were so patient as I dealt with trying to transfer funds to another account and even started on my order so when it would be ready by the time I completed payment. By the time I made payment, food was packed and hot! We were so hungry, we decided to eat it there. We had no problem eating it in our to go boxes, but they insisted on putting it on plates. The food was amazing! Best Thai food I've ever had here in town. I'm so grateful for a restaurant that has food that aligns with their service and values. We can't wait to return!“

“My new favorite Thai restaurant! I wish I had discovered it sooner. I’m picky—I like lean meat, not fatty, and my pork lemongrass was thin and lean, with fresh vegetables and fragrant delicious sauce, my boyfriend’s drunken noodles were wide and delectable with lean chicken breast, and I got beef lemongrass soup to take home for dinner— again, the beef is thin and lean, just how I like it. Not sure why it is different from pho, the broth tasted like pho to me and is such a comforting meal. It is heavenly! Service was wonderful ! I’m already looking forward to my next visit !“

“Mon’s is in a great location in Alamo Heights and the restaurant itself is quaint and has a neighborhood feel. The food is amazing!!!! Consistently delicious. I’ve had almost everything on the menu at one time or another and I have never been disappointed. And any modifications that are requested are well noted and the food comes out just as one details. The staff is attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. The ingredients are so fresh. One can tell when the food is received. The attention to how spicy an individual prefers his or her meal is impeccable. The prices are great! Not only because of the quality but also the quantity of food one receives. There is both inside and outside dining and the large oak trees outside lend to such a lovely surrounding if dining on the patio! Mon’s is kid friendly and wheelchair accessible. “I can never go wrong with Siam Cuisine. Whether I am feeling like eating a spicy curry or a mild chicken soup and fresh spring rolls, they always have what I need. Fresh, fresh, fresh. My stomach has been very sensitive lately, and I craved fresh, comforting broth. I ordered the chicken dumpling soup, fresh spring rolls, and chicken and vegetable ramen noodles. They were perfect for my current needs. No overly seasoned foods, and they gave me a side of red pepper flakes, just in case I wanted to spice things up. Thank you Siam Cuisine. 😊“

“I've always been curious about this place since we pass by it after getting groceries. I love Pho, so one day I figured I should give this place a try. I walked in and was greeted with excellent service. I ordered the Chicken Pho and regular Thai Tea (no Boba), all to go. They told me it would be about 10min to get ready, so I sat down in the nearby waiting area. I wasn't in any rush and wasn't keeping track of time, so the speed was of no concern to me... but it definitely felt like it was less than 10min, which was nice.

The Chicken Pho was very delicious! With it being ordered to-go, I could put in as much or as little of any of what they provided to me into the broth, which was quite nice. I did add a fair amount of the red sauce they provided to help enhance the flavor and give the Pho a little heat to it, which was wonderful. Usually, when I get Pho, I can never finish it all and eat the remaining amount later, but this time I ate it all! I was craving it more than I thought, I guess, haha!

The Thai Tea (no Boba) reminded me of my trip to Thailand with the Thai Tea I had there. It's that good! If any place serves Thai Tea, I will gladly order it because it's my absolute favorite drink now. The fact that the first sip of it put me back in my memories of touring the markets of Ko Kret and buying a cup of Thai Tea from a local there... that's how you know it's good!
