Beyond terrible. The pizza was freezing cold and not cooked. The toppings were thrown on it and the $16 salad was wilted.

The woman with glasses who served us was extremely rude and dismissive. I just wanted to buy pizza, and she treated me with racist and rude comments simply because I spoke a foreign language. Such a person shouldn't be dealing with the public; they cause the worst experiences.

Ordered delivery - the “whole cheese pizza” was uncooked… there was dough in half of it. One of the pizzas looked like a deflated football instead of round.
The tase of the pesto pizza wasn’t bad. Definitely a miss on the part of the Pizzaiolo this time around.

The pizzas and Pastas are great! They have vegan options for the pizza and I had a beer with my pizza! Highly recommended!

The general manager Tiffany provides the most exceptional service I’ve ever seen from a manager & worker in a food establishment. She made sure everything was exactly how I liked it, you can tell she takes pride in her work and her enthusiasm towards customers is why I decided this is the only urban bricks location I will ever visit thanks to her! She even provided coupons for my next visit!! ⭐️ Keep up the great work Tiffany! She deserves a raise ⭐️

Location is extremely dirty. From the moment you walk in you see dirty windows , floors, tables, counter , trash cans , fountain drink station basically everything. Staff seemed disengaged. If this location is independently owned owners should know what’s going on here.

Popped in for the first time tonight, fully aware that THE QUALITY OF PIZZA IN TEXAS IS LACKING... only to be PLEASANTLY SURPRISED by URBAN BRICKS. It was LATE, almost closing time, but TIFFANY was awesome, she picked up my wild vibe and rolled with it all while exceeding my expectations. I'll be back for sure

Clean location and great pizza/pasta. Owner is very pleasant every time we have been. So if you’re looking for good quality pizza, you won’t be disappointed here.

This is my new favorite pizza place. The service is great, and the food is delicious! Highly recommend the Nutella dessert pizza!

Not only was the selection great, but the customer service by the owner was top tier!!
I may only be in town for the weekend, I will go back if time allows.
