We tried Trilogy Pizza for the first time tonight with a couple friends. This was also the first Chicago Deep Dish pizza we've ever had. We tried a large four meat pizza and the garlic knots. So delicious!! We loved all of it. The place was relatively quiet, even on a Saturday night. They had maybe 8-10 specialty pizzas, build your own, kids options, and a fountain to serve yourself. Was traveling for a soccer tournament and googled "best deep dish in San Antonio". This place DID NOT DISAPPOINT! One of the best Chicago style pizzas I've had outside of the windy city! Had NY and Cali style pizzas too, and they were all fantastic. Will make this a regular stop any time we are passing through town.

Really good Chicago Style Pizza Pie with real mozzarella and nice chunks of tomato in the sauce. Ordered the Capone and loved every bite. My wife said the best Caprisi salad she has had also.
